Thalia Flint is a supporting character in the Disney/Pixar animated series Monsters at Work.

Personality[]
From her first appearance, Thalia appeared to be very indifferent to many of the happenings at Monsters, Inc. She outright disliked being anywhere near her mother's place of work, but would put up with it to please her. She is a very good judge of character, however, and tells it like it is. While she is not completely devoid of humor, it does take some effort to get her to crack a smile. Later, she does open up and admires people who are honest with her and develops an appreciation for the company and the people in it.
Physical appearance[]
Thalia, in some ways, resembles a tiny version of her mother. She is purple in color, with lighter purple lines going across her body and has the same unusual eyestalks with the small green bat-like flaps behind them. She lacks her mother's overbite and nostrils, instead bearing a flat face, though she still has tiny sharp teeth. She has arms with four fingered hands, but instead of having a snake body, she has a small planted bottom with four toe like appendages. Just like Ms. Flint, however, she apparently slides around.
Role in the series[]
In "Little Monsters", Thalia aska her mother to know if she should participate during Mini Monsters Day which her mother replies that it's only for one day. She then approaches Otis and gets into a conversation with him and as Ms. Flint asks Otis to know where she is form, he replies that Thalia is from the Monsters, Inc. Fun Team. Val Little Then introducers herself to Val who introduces herself to the latter, telling her to have an open mind during Mini Monsters Day. Later on their way to MIFT, Tylor encounters Thalia who is on her way with a group of children entering the MIFT area where the members of MIFT plan to get along with children with Tylor planning to give a joke to tell to Thalia and as Thalia remembers her mother's encounter with Banana Bread, Thalia still finds no interest in Tylor's joke, much to him trying to work hard in impressing her. Later when Needleman and Smitty report of a missing child on the loose hanging on one of the doors, Thalia, Tylor, the rest of the children and the MIFT team plan to rescue him to which during a chase, Tylor manages to rescue the missing monster child from a door shredder in time.
Back at MIFT, Tylor checks on Thalia to know if he is funny only to find out that his joke isn't, making Thalia grumpy; Tylor then gets frustrated when Ms. Flint wrongfully banned him after auditioning, saying that Thalia should go and tell her how unfunny she is, which she overhears the conversation between Val and Tylor as she plans to tell her mother about that. Tylor then goes on a chase to catch up with Tylor and as Tylor drives his maintenance car, he comes across a slippery floor and later crashes into a pastry stand with pastries and slime all over Tylor's body while attempting to approach Thalia. Later, Thalia and various children laugh at Tylor, finding it funny. Later, Tylor admits of his wrongdoing he did as he plans to get another chance, which reveals that Thalia and the other Scarers did the same thing with her, just as Thalia finds respect in him. Back at MIFT, Fritz tells his coworkers and the children that their Mini Monsters Day is almost done, feeling proud of everyone who had a good time at Monsters, Incorporated with Thalia delivering a speech to the coworkers and children about her experience at MIFT. Whiel speaking, she confidently says that she found no interest at the company at first, but misunderstands and apologizes, explaining that she is proud to enjoy her experience at MIFT just as the MIFT team leads the children to return home. Before Thalia leaves, she compliments on Tylor that he makes a pretty good MIFT employee just as Tylor tosses him a donut just before she leaves while Val praises Tylor about no one being sad on Mini Monsters Day just as the two share a piece of donut Thalia gave to them. Thalia then reutrns to her mother recapping her good experience in getting paired with Tylor who was funny with her.
