Maria always looks rather annoyed or put off by something, possibly because she has Thaddeus "Phlegm" Bile as her jokester she needs to assist. Based on the fact that she asked "What did you do this time?", it can be implied that she has had to put up with him for a while. Nevertheless, she takes her job very seriously and responsibly.
Physical appearance[]
Maria is an average sized violet colored monster whose body is shaped like an upside down candy corn. She has skinny arms and legs and has purple toes and nails. She wears pink lipstick, has big round brown eyes with long stick-like lashes and has a tall fin on her head. Her eye lids have a faint blue eyeshadow on them.
Role in the series[]
In "The Damaged Room", Thaddeus Bile approaches Maria who tells her of what he did earlier which Bile tells her that he damaged part of the room where he made a little girl laugh which Maria alerts Celia to close the door for repairs while Roze tells the monsters that she and the other employees are cleaning the Laugh Floor which Bile explained that he sneezed while Maria feels disappointed of what Bile did to the room which Celia plans to get the room back online while alerting MIFT about the damaged room where Tylor, Val, and Duncan were tasked to repair the damaged room. They were able to repair the damaged room in time, even when the door was deactivated, followed by Mike and Sulley bringing Snore back to her room after Cutter reactivated it.
