Patricia Banks (née Phlorange) is a supporting character of the Disney Channel series Hailey's On It! She is the mother of Hailey Banks and is a realtor.

Personality[]
Patricia is a hard-working, determined woman who puts her family first. She sometimes comes off as being a buzz kill due to her upbringing, but in actuality, she has been shown to have had a fun background as a dancer before shifting to realty. The last thing she wants is her daughter to think that she disapproves of her and tries to show as much support as she can.
Physical appearance[]
Patricia is a white woman of average height with brown hair, blue eyes, pink lips, and gold pearl earrings. Her usual attire consists of a white shirt, pink blazer, purple pants, and pink slip-on shoes.
Abilities[]
While rarely shown, Patricia is shown to be an accomplished dancer and has mastered breakdancing.
Role in the Series[]
In her youth, Patricia was an avid breakdancer. At one point, Patricia met Kai and the two eventually married, however she forgot to send in the paperwork, so they were never legally married. At one point, they had a daughter and, over a decade later, twin sons.
While Patricia cares for her family, she can be at odds with them at times, as she and Hailey had a brief falling out upon her daughter learning she was selling her family’s lighthouse. However, the two quickly made up that night.
She also tends to keep secrets from her family, as she forced her daughter to watch the twins and had her husband go to a PTA meeting so that she could attend a Seoul M8S concert despite knowing her daughter greatly wanted to go.
Upon learning her daughter had a crush on her best friend, she offered comfort and encouragement. However, Hailey was greatly annoyed by her mother’s encouragement to get together with Scott and eventually snapped at her. After saving Hailey from an angry goat, mother and daughter reconcile.

Patricia loves her husband, but can be annoyed by his antics and habits, such as spending nearly a thousand dollars on instructional bowling tapes. Upon learning they never sent in their marriage papers, they held a secret wedding and happily renewed their vows. While she loves Kai, Patricia tends to take advantage of his generosity. When Kai went on strike for a day, she struggled to bath her sons and do the laundry, showing how dependent she is on him to run the house.
Hailey Banks[]
Patricia loves her daughter but can be overbearing and demanding at times. For example, she had her daughter babysit her toddler sons so that she could go to the Seoul M8S concert Hailey wanted to go to. She is supportive of Hailey, teaching her daughter how to breakdance and attempting to get Hailey and Scott to date after learning Hailey likes him, as well as giving her advice on how to handle her feelings.

Patricia is friendly with her next-door neighbors. When their house was being fumigated, she and her husband let them stay at their house for a week and she and Kai greatly bonded with Sunny.
While Patricia was always on warm terms with Scott, she became friendlier after learning her daughter had a crush on him. Encouraging the two to spend more time together and often meddling in their activities.

- In the pitch bible, Patricia's name was Cynthia, and she was originally going to be the CEO of a yoga apparel company.
- Much of her quirks seem to stem from things that happened in the past, such as her distrust of pets due to her losing her ice cream from one in her youth.
- Her maiden name, Phlorange, is a possible reference to Florange, a commune in France and one of the few words that actually rhymes with "orange".
- This might also imply that she is of French descent.
- In "2001: A Spouse Odyssey", it is revealed that not only did Kai and Patricia meet in 2001, but they are also not legally married due to them accidentally forgetting to mail the marriage license. By the end of the episode, they hold another wedding, but Scott loses the letter in the attic, meaning they are still not legally married.
- Patricia is the first person to not be from the future to know that Hailey Banks has a crush on Scott Denoga.
