This page is a resource that catalogues each of the future quotes that have been confirmed in either Emilia's Third Trial or by the author of Re:Zero, Nagatsuki Tappei, displaying the points at which the quotes were said, the identities of the speakers, as well as whether or not they are exact.

Future Quotes from Emilia's Third Trial

These are quotes that appeared during Emilia's third Trial at the Sanctuary in the climax of Arc 4, appearing in the 1st and 2nd sections of Chapter 4 in Volume 15. According to Minerva, although all of the futures were negative futures shown by Echidna to upset Emilia, they were not set in stone; some of the futures seen may come true, while others may not. The identities of the speakers of most future quotes were determined with Episode 48 from Season 2.

Up until now, only one future Trial quote has appeared in the story, and there were slight differences between the quote spoken in the simulation of the future within the Trial and the actual quote during the moment it was spoken. In light of this, subsequent instances of future quotes appearing in the story have the potential to not be wholly identical to the Trial's quotes. Furthermore, a future quote can be completely averted altogether, as has been the case for only one quote as of March 30, 2024, per a statement from the author.

The identities of some speakers of these future quotes were determined by their speaking styles, the context of their quotes, and how characters with affiliations in a given group were grouped together, though many of the presented quotes still remain unattributed to a character.
