"Totally into Your Body" is the twenty-fourth episode of the first season of Penn Zero: Part-Time Hero. It premiered on June 22, 2015.
Synopsis[]
When Boone fools around on the zap platform, he and Penn swap roles by accident, making Boone the Hero.
Plot[]
The episode starts at Middleburg Central High School's music class, where Ms. Monkenfluffer is teaching the students types of instruments. Penn and his friends are playing a board game called "Know Your Monster, Fool!" as Penn asks Boone how to disembowel a zombie chicken, which Boone tells he doesn't know and that, as long as Penn knows it, "the Boones can rock the tunes" as he takes out an earmuffs, which Penn tells him those aren't headphones. Boone gives Penn his earmuffs as music start sounding as soon as he puts them, but turns out to be just Boone playing a keytar.
At The Odyssey, Boone is pretending to hear music from his earmuffs as Penn tells him he is standing on his spot, but he still pretends, annoying Penn, so he throws away his earmuffs, angering Boone as he fights with Penn. Sashi kicks the boys as they fight, leading them to fall into the wrong spots before they zap in.
Boone and Sashi are zapped to what appears to be a spaceship, so Boone takes out juice and spills it, expecting it to float, but ends up wetting Sashi's head, angering her as she is about to punch Boone. Boone quickly asks Penn to protect, but he doesn't see him as they hear Penn's voice through a walkie-talkie, asking them where are they. Sashi asks him where is he, which he starts looking anywhere to find Sashi. Not seeing the two, Penn thinks they are ghosts or invisible, which Sashi tells him they aren't as she and Boone can see each other. Boone takes the walkie-talkie as he shouts at it, hurting Penn's ears as he closes them, asking him to stop, which Boone asks him if he is refering to him to stop yelling or to stop making sense, which Penn says the former. Sashi takes the walkie-talkie as she tells the mission: they have been shrunken down to cure an infected patient from inside as an evil doctor is trying to stop them from curying the patient, who turns out to be Penn. Sashi exclaims they are inside Penn's body, which Penn asks her which body part are they in, which Sashi tells him she doesn't know. Boone tells her Penn shouldn't be the patient as he is supposed to complete the mission, which Sashi tells him that Penn is the wiseman while Boone is the hero, flabbergasting Boone. Penn tells them this happened because he and Boone accidentally switched spots on the zap platform before they got zapped, so he tells Boone to be the hero and take orders from Sashi. Boone thanks Penn for his advice before their ship impacts against another ship, controlled by Rippen and Larry.
Boone sees a huge smiling mouth drawn on the villains' spaceship and laughs, with Rippen asking Larry if he drew the smiling mouth, which Larry denies and asks him if he likes it. Rippen tries to wear a helmet, but has various drawings on it. Boone tells Sashi he is glad she is here to tell him what to do, but finds out she is unconscious, so he tries to use the walkie-talkie, but it blows up, hurting Penn's ear. Boone then tries to use the wafflemaker, but it also blows up, leading Boone to become desperate. The ship alerts Boone that the villains' ship is entering "attack mode" as Rippen is about to shoot the two's ship with a torpedo. Boone says how he isn't a hero because he isn't able to handle stressful situations and wonders what would Penn tell him as an imaginary Penn manifests from his ear, telling him to find the hero that lives inside him to be a hero. The ship alerts Boone that the villains' ship is about to attack them, so he goes to the ship's control booth, but sees too many buttons, so he blindly presses a red button, causing the ship to quickly move away, dodging the torpedo, but causing it to bounce around Penn's body, knocking him from the inside. The ship travels down Penn's leg, causing him to uncontrollably fly around foot-first, impacting towards furniture and breaking laboratory glassware.
The ship is drifting through Penn's stomach as Boone asks imaginary Penn where is he supposed to bring the medicine, so imaginary Penn manifests, but he distracts Boone by pointing him to another direction before going back to Boone's ear. Boone tries to wake up Sashi, but she kicks him, leading her to drop her specs, so Boone uses them, but ends up showing a recording of her following Teddy, saying she "hearts" him, before he looks at her and leading her to knock him before fleeing. The recording gives Boone the idea that he has to bring the medicine to the heart, but he doesn't know how to do so, so imaginary Penn manifests and points Boone to a library, but Boone tells him he isn't sure if he can concentrate, which imaginary Penn tells him he can do anything if he can "rock the tunes". So, Boone reads one of the books as he sings meanwhile Penn has his skin grow red spots from the infection. Boone directs the ship towards the heart as he sings while Penn is constantly scratching himself. Boone installs the medicine syringe as he high-fives with Sashi's hand as he moves her mouth, pretending she is complimenting him. Boone commands the ship to go to the heart and inject it with the medicine as the screen zooms to a warning label on the syringe saying "WARNING DO NOT INJECT TO THE HEART". Meanwhile, Penn looks himself in the mirror as he sees his ear fall, leading him to faint. The ship alerts Boone that the patient is in distress, leading Boone to hurry up as he goes to the heart. Boone tries to go towards the heart, but he is stopped by the villains' ship, taking out various missiles to shoot the heroes' ship, but Rippen notices Boone riding the ship, so he calls him with a phone installed on the ship. Boone tells Rippen that Penn is the patient and that Sashi is unconscious and that, since he is the hero, he will go to the heart and that there is no way he can stop him. Rippen reminds himself that, if Boone injects the medicine to the heart, Penn will die, so he takes advantage of that by allowing Boone to pass by.
Sashi becomes conscious asks Boone what is he doing, which he tells her he is going to the heart, flabbergasting Sashi as he tells him the medicine has to go to the brain instead of the heart before Boone propels the ship towards the heart, traveling inside as they go through the blood veins, making their way to the brain. Boone tells Sashi that he knew the medicine had to go to the medicine and that the heart was the fastest way to go there. The ship alerts the two Penn is almost dying, so Boone shoots the syringe towards the brain, injecting the medicine. Penn's skin goes back to normal as he sees, with a mirror, his ear grow back meanwhile the ship informs Boone and Sashi that the patient has been cured, leading the two to celebrate.
The heroes get zapped back as Penn tells Boone that he is a real hero, which he tells him he just used his intellect and courage to save the mission. He then tells Penn that Sashi loves Teddy, ending the episode.

- The small text in the title card reads the following:
- Fig. 122. The Brain
The brain is the center-most organ in the head and contains many thoughts and feelings. It has lots of gross looking folds in it and kind of looks like old people or those weird expensive dogs with folds in their skin. The brain is primarily used for thinking and other assorted brain stuff. The brain is powered by thinking. The brain is connected to other body stuff by long thingies, that carry blood and nerve impulses and possibly food. I need to check on that last part. - Fig. 126. The Heart
It is the center of all body stuff, the heart beats many times a minute (it varies). The heart pumps blood to the entire body, which is really cool when you think about how much stuff is in your body. Your body is 100% stuff, so that is a lot of work the heart does. The heart is also the center of love, as demonstrated throughout the history of art and poetry. Sometimes the heart beat sounds like a drum kit, which is really an awesome thing. Take good care of your heart. - Fig. 132. Blood
Blood is the red, gooey gross stuff that flows through the human body. It hurts when you get cut and often requires a trip to the nurse's office, so please be careful when you are running or dancing not to cut your knee. Though blood is in fact gross, there are cool assorted adhesive bandages, that look cool and make the tears go away. Some have your favorite cartoon friends printed on them. That's all you need to know about blood. - Fig. 712. The Stomach
The stomach is a thing in one's body that is involved in the eating of food and drinking of liquids and liquids/foods, including but not limited to shakes, smoothies and peanut butter. Peanut butter is not a liquid, but if you ask me, it's not really a solid either. It can be a liquid if you put it on a shake or smoothie. Be careful to avoid all peanut butter or nuts of any kind if you have a nut allergy. The stomach is also connected to the mouth and some gross stuff below it that we really don't want to get into here. Please consult parents if you have more questions about the stomach.
