"I'm Still Super!" is the sixteenth episode of the first season of Penn Zero: Part-Time Hero. It premiered on April 6, 2015.
Synopsis[]
Penn returns to the world of superheroes, only to discover the heroes have been turned evil by Captain Super Captain's evil twin brother, Professor Evil Professor.
Plot[]
The episode starts with Penn and his friends going to The Odyssey, ready to get zapped, but they don't see Phyllis anywhere, so they search for her. Penn first looks inside a trash bin to see if Phyllis is inside, Sashi breaks a wall to see if she is on the other side of the wall and Boone looks at a cup. When they don't find her, Boone sits on a chair as it suddenly lifts, revealing a booth underneath with Phyllis inside as colorful lights flash below. Penn finds out she was having a party under the theatre and that she didn't invite them, which Phyllis denies it as a balloon comes out underneath the booth, which she quickly pops it. Phyllis then tells the heroes they are going back to the Superhero World, leading Penn to get excited before they get zapped.
Now back at the Superhero World, Penn joyfully flies around with his flight powers, before landing and flexing his muscles, revealing various muscles hidden in his body and then flexes his bicep, admiring it. Penn notices Sashi watches him, so he tells her that her skunk powers are cool. The heroes then notice Regular Size Giant Old Lady approaching them, which Sashi recognizes. Penn thinks she is going to thank them for saving her, but Boone gets a signal, thinking his psychic powers are broken. Regular Size Giant Old Lady then grows as she exclaims about destroying the heroes, knocking Penn away with her cane. Boone concludes that the old lady wants to destroy them as Penn comes out of the hole he got knocked into, noticing more superheroes alongside her. Spatula Man tosses spatulas towards Sashi as she dodges them while Hot Dog Seller is shooting fireballs towards Penn. Penn wonders why the superheroes are attacking them as Boone escapes from the Super Dog, dodging his yellow lasers. Boone then crashes against a pole, which Regular Size Giant Old Lady picks up to grab him. Sashi climbs her as she swings her ponytail towards her nose, disgusting the old lady as she releases Boone. Boone screams in fear while falling as Penn goes to save him, but he remembers he can hover. Speedster traps the heroes in a chain, so Regular Size Giant Old Lady can stomp them, but, thankfully, Captain Super Captain uses his electric powers to shock her, preventing her from stomping the heroes and leading her to crush the evil superheroes instead.
Boone and Sashi are flying in Captain Super Captain's flying car as Penn, flying with his flight power, asks Sashi to tell the mission and does so: a supervillain made a medallion that hypnotizes superheroes to turn them evil and they have to destroy the medallion. Penn assumes Rippen is responsible for this until Captain Super Captain tells him is his evil twin brother: Professor Evil Professor, saying the name in the same manner as his own name. Professor Evil Professor is watching the heroes with a hidden camera while petting his pet turtle. Rippen tells him that he will use his mech to crush his brother and the heroes, but Professor Evil Professor shows him footage of Captain Super Captain pulling his mech's leg's wires and him getting trampled by the heroes. Rippen points out to him that he has PhD in villainy and asks what is he doing wrong as a villain, which he tells him that a true villain hits his enemy where it hurts the most, which Larry tells him that his armpits is where it hurts the most. Professor Evil Professor says he was refering to hurting Penn's friends, Boone and Sashi, as he does an evil laugh, with Rippen joining him. Rippen takes out his mech's wings as Larry enters the mech's chest, with Professor Evil Professor giving him a box containing Captain Super Captain's weakness. Larry then tells his weaknesses as Rippen puts the box inside his mech's chest.
Captain Super Captain and the heroes approach his brother's hideout, claiming he can smell the villainy from there as he smells, but he smells tuna fish instead, turning out the smell came from his lunch, who was being eaten by Boone. Rippen flies towards them with his mech's wings, shooting missiles at them. Penn quickly notices the missiles and dodges all of them, but he is grabbed by Rippen's mech's claws. Captain Super Captain goes to save him, but Rippen opens his chest to reveal Larry as he opens the box, revealing a speaker. It turns out that Captain Super Captain's weakness is adult contemporary music, leading him to get distracted by it as he falls down his flying car. Penn, using his super strenght, twists Rippen's mech's arm to go save Captain Super Captain from falling. Penn saves Captain Super Captain, but Rippen shoots missiles towards the bridge the two are standing next to, leading it to fall over them. The bridge almost crushes them, but Penn lifts it with his super strength. Rippen then approaches Boone and Sashi, kidnapping them. Penn sees various ducks, cats and a baby passing below the bridge, forcing him to keep lifting the bridge. Penn sees Rippen kidnap his friends so exclaims no, but Captain Super Captain tells him that is not a way to say no in defeat, so he shouts an even longer no, with Penn joining him.
At the hideout, Boone and Sashi are trapped in red chairs as Sashi tells Boone to use his psychic powers to tell Penn he is going to get intro, but, however, a bunny helmet blocks Boone's psychic brain. Rippen reminds Larry he promised he won't put bunny faces on his things anymore as Penn appears to stop him, so he shows Penn his Funhouse Of Doom. Captain Super Captain is traversing through a dark alley, so he uses his electric powers to light up the alley, but, however, he finds Professor Evil Professor. He tries to attack him, but he blocks his attacks and knocks him out with a laser shot out of his medallion. Captain Super Captain is about to fight his brother, but Hot Dog Seller lights up the room with his fire breath, revealing superheroes behind him. Rippen demonstrates what does the Funhoue Of Doom do: first, the victim slides through a tube towards acid. Then, the victim is disintegrated by a disintegration ray and reintegrated by a reintegration ray. Then, the reintegrated victim is fed to a bunch of hungry meerkats. Finally, the victim is compacted and compressed into a small cube. Rippen tells Penn that, when the button is pressed, he only has time to save one friend and not both. Penn tells him that Captain Super Captain will save the other friend, but he sees him that he got caught by Regular Size Giant Old Lady. Professor Evil Professor reveals Penn that there is a third option as he captures Rippen's mech's legs, leaving him unable to move, and tells him that his friends will be free when he defeats Rippen. He then tells him that it is easy to just press a button as he uses his medallion to hypnotize Penn to press the button used to destroy Rippen, but he overcomes the hypnotization as he tosses the button away and destroys it with his laser vision, but Professor Evil Professor tells him he got more buttons as he gets stopped by two superheroes. Professor Evil Professor tells Rippen to drop Boone and Sashi, so he checks the Funhouse Of Doom's controls, but, due to his mech's big size, he can't see further below, so he presses a random button, causing the chairs Boone and Sashi are trapped in to descend to the floor as the two get massaged by robot claws. Professor Evil Professor angrily tells Rippen that was the "spa" button, which Rippen complains to him for the controls having many buttons. Penn frees himself from the two heroes trapping him and traps Professor Evil Professor as Captain Super Captain frees himself from Regular Size Giant Old Lady to zap his medallion, bringing the superheroes back to their senses. Professor Evil Professor is arrested by two cops as he tells his brother to take care of his pet turtle. The heroes check the Funhouse Of Doom's controls as they notice the "destroy heroes" button, with Penn saying there is no way Rippen could have missed that button. Rippen then tells Penn that he will not rest until he defeats as he is flying on his prison cage, with the heroes then saying "Nah!", ending the episode.

- This is the first episode where a dimension is revisited, in this case the Superhero World from "I'm Super!".
- However, as revealed by events shown in the flashback from "Zap One", this episode isn't the first time the characters have revisited a dimension.
- In this episode, some of the names of inhabitants of Superhero World are revealed, such as Giant Old Lady's name is Suzanne and Professor Evil Professor's name is Clarence.
- The title card looks similar to WALL-E's title card.
