astolatI just finished the last story in the Scholomance series. After seven years.

It is not getting posted right now because it awaits beta, and I think some minor tweaking of the very end, but I still had to squeak now that I'm no longer going to jinx myself. But, omg. The date on A Rare Descent is July 29, 2000. SEVEN YEARS. HA. When I say it's going to be finished, it's going to be finished, baby! *
And now I go to get book 7.

Date: 2007-07-21 02:30 am (UTC)I am bravely waiting until tomorrow morning to get DH, in part because I'm not quite done rereading HBP, mostly because my ankle is still the size of a basketball and not so much with the line-standing. But damn it, I'm there in SPIRIT. I've been to midnight parties for the last three books, and not doing it for the last one seems weird and wrong.

I didn't want to be pushy, though, since inspiration will come when it will, but I can now tell you that I have been looking forward to this day for... hm, SEVEN YEARS! It's possible I've looked forward to this even more than DH.... :) Thank you so much for continuing this series, and I absolutely look forward to when it gets out of beta.
