Tot 「トート Tōto?」, also known as the Saint of the End 「
Personality[]
Like other demons, Tot is highly individualistic, focusing on her personal interests, such as the pursuit of magic, above all else. Similar to Solitär, Tot has a somewhat cowardly nature, prioritizing her own well-being over the collective goals of her race or the ambitions of the Demon King. She openly admits that she is not skilled in fighting and has no desire to risk her life in battle. She speaks in a casual and playful manner, as seen in her interactions with Rivale and Grausam.
Appearance[]
Tot has short, light-colored hair, styled with pulled back braids. She has a pair of curved, upward-pointing horns that emerge from the sides of her head. Around her neck, she wears a choker-like accessory adorned with a gem at the center. Her outfit consists of a long, flowing dress with a decorative cross-back strap design.
Synopsis[]
History[]
When future Frieren was sent back in time, seven years into the Hero Party's journey, Tot was one of the four Greater Demons summoned at the Monument of the Goddess to steal Frieren's memories. However, she left before the operation took place.
The Golden Land Arc[]
Around thirty years after the death of Himmel the Hero, Tot is one of the Greater Demons whose name Frieren has Fern memorize before they set out for the Northern Plateau.[1]
Goddess's Monument Arc[]
Seven years after the Hero Party began their adventure, Frieren is sent back in time by the Goddess's Monument. As a result, Tot along with fellow Greater Demons Grausam and Rivale are gathered by Solitär with the goal of having Grausam obtain Frieren's memories of the future and then kill her.
Tot initially stayed to listen to the plan but decided to leave upon realizing the objectives. She expressed that she was not willing to risk her life for the Demon King or demon-kind. Tot also acknowledges her lack of combat skills and mentions that her own curse will come to fruition within less than a century. Choosing to live quietly until then, she bids farewell to her fellow Greater Demons.
Abilities[]
As a Greater Demon, Tot likely possess immense amounts of mana and an armory of deadly spells. Having become one of the more well known and infamous Greater Demons, Tot has likely fought numerous battles with humans.
- Unknown Curse: As stated by her when she left the meeting arranged by Solitär, Tot is currently in the process of completing a powerful “curse.” As stated by her, after around a hundred years or so, her curse will finish enveloping the planet.
