While most functions of the Frieren Wiki, including reading and editing, are available to all users, certain users have access to different functions that allow them to perform tasks to improve and help maintain the wiki. These users are called administrators.
Administrators follow the same rules and policies as all other users and should never use their user rights for their own gain. Abuse of admin abilities will result in immediate termination of their user rights and they will be banned from the wiki.

| Anyone can revert vandalism and bad-faith edits, but it takes a couple of clicks in the page history to get it done. The Rollbacks permission allows a user to undo bad edits with one click: by using the rollback link on diff pages, the user's contributions page, or the list of recent changes. The edit summary for a rollback edit is (Reverted edits by X (talk) to last version by Y). |

Requesting user rights
Currently, the Frieren Wiki is not looking for any administrator/content moderator applications. However, dedicated editors who have been active on the wiki for at least 2 months and who have over 1000 mainspace edits may be scouted by a bureaucrat and promoted to administrator/content moderator. Feedback about the wiki or about moderation is always welcomed in talk pages, active administrator/bureaucrat message walls, and in the Frieren Discord server.
Editors who have been active on the wiki for at least 2 months and are interested in applying for the Rollbacks user right can message an active bureaucrat.
