Mark Zatezalo (Republican Party) is a member of the West Virginia House of Delegates, representing District 2. He assumed office on December 1, 2022. His term ended on December 1, 2024.
Zatezalo (Republican Party) ran for re-election to the West Virginia House of Delegates to represent District 2. He won in the general election on November 5, 2024.
Zatezalo also ran for election to the West Virginia State Senate to represent District 1. He did not appear on the ballot for the Republican primary on May 14, 2024.
Biography
Mark Zatezalo was born in Weirton, West Virginia. Zatezalo graduated from Weir High School. He earned a B.S. in geology from West Virginia University and an M.A. from the University of Missouri. Zatezalo's career experience includes working as a geologist.[1]

Elections for the West Virginia House of Delegates took place in 2014. A primary election took place on May 13, 2014. The general election was held on November 4, 2014. The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was January 25, 2014. District 1 is represented by two delegates. Incumbents Ronnie Jones and Randy Swartzmiller were unopposed in the Democratic primary, while Pat McGeehan and Mark Zatezalo were unopposed in the Republican primary. Swartzmiller and Zatezalo defeated McGeehan and Jones in the general election.[6][7]
