Visible corruption in State Government and waste of tax dollars
The Governor must be a strong leader and accept responsibility. He must be moral and just in all decisions as they will affect the residents. He must work diligently to improve all residents lives and work with the legislature and guide their lawmaking insuring that it is moral and ethical. Managing the State budget and giving the Legislature the tools they need to keep the State functioning adequately. Be present and visible to the Legislature and residents and set an example of strength and capability at all times to encourage everyone around you. Work with and listen to all State employees as to what they need to accomplish their jobs efficiently. Be highly visible in all aspects of daily activities and interact with the people.
Working with the Legislature to provide guidance and leadership in their activities and work to improve the quality of life. Work with organization supervisors to insure their workers have what they need to efficiently perform their jobs. Visibility and responsible decisions that are ethical and moral to reflect the highest standards of human life.
Governors need the ability to estimate revenues so adjustments to expenditures can be available at all times to supervisors of all organizations. Any and all expenditures, grants, or paying out of any monies needs to be done by the Legislature and their approval by vote. This insures less corruption and accountability by not just the Executive level but the Legislative organizations across the board.
Line item Vetoes would only be used in my Administration in the instance of the people not in agreement with myself or the Legislature. To conserve use for moral or ethical use when against the will of the people would be wrong and abuse of power.
To work together and achieve a final resolution that all are acceptable with. You can not always get what you want but you can work to achieve a outcome that will benefit the majority. No party is right or wrong in their thinking and every ideal must be weighed during the decision making process leading to the law making legislation. Then the Governor must abide by the law that everyone has worked to achieve and see that it is enforced.
Diversity of regions, people, history of our emergence and formation of a State.
Overcoming the decline of an established source of energy and the rise of another, coal and natural gas. While coal has the ability to diversify and continue to be viable it will not completely recover and surpass cheaper natural gas. Coal can continue to be exported and used for domestic commercial process's. Diversification of State revenues and increasing population must become a priority for all lawmakers.

Scorecards
A scorecard evaluates a legislator’s voting record. Its purpose is to inform voters about the legislator’s political positions. Because scorecards have varying purposes and methodologies, each report should be considered on its own merits. For example, an advocacy group’s scorecard may assess a legislator’s voting record on one issue while a state newspaper’s scorecard may evaluate the voting record in its entirety.
Ballotpedia is in the process of developing an encyclopedic list of published scorecards. Some states have a limited number of available scorecards or scorecards produced only by select groups. It is Ballotpedia’s goal to incorporate all available scorecards regardless of ideology or number.
