Biography
Walter Hall was born in South Charleston, West Virginia. Hall graduated from St. Albans High School. He earned a B.B.A. in marketing from Marshall University. His career experience includes working as a licensed insurance agent. Hall volunteered as a member of the St. Albans Chamber of Commerce and the St. Albans Rotary Club.[1]
