Governor Jim Justice appointed Hamilton to the House of Delegates on April 26, 2023, to replace Danielle Walker (D).
Biography
At the time of her appointment, Hamilton was the president of the NAACP for Morgantown and Kingwood. She was also serving as the vice president of the WVU Council on Gender Equity and was the minister of Agape Life in Fairmont.[1]
