Biography
Chris Phillips was born in Buckhannon, West Virginia. Phillips graduated from Philip Barbour High School. His career experience includes working as the president of CGP Foods, Inc. Phillips volunteered as a member of the National Rifle Association (NRA) and the West Virginia Citizens Defense League.[1]
