Jerome Turner (1942-2000) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee.

Turner was nominated by President Ronald Reagan on July 1, 1987, to a seat vacated by Robert McRae; he was confirmed by the Senate on December 8, 1987, and received commission the next day. He served until his death on February 12, 2000.[1] Turner was succeeded in this position by Samuel Mays.
