Frederic Palen Schoonmaker (1870-1945) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
He was nominated by President Warren Harding on December 20, 1922 to fill the seat created by 42 Stat. 837.[1] He was confirmed by the Senate on December 22nd, and received commission that same day. He served until his death on September 5, 1945. Schoonmaker was succeeded in this position by Wallace Gourley.
