John Franklin McGee (1861-1925) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota.

He was nominated by President Warren Harding on February 28, 1923 to a new seat created by 42 Stat. 837. He was confirmed by the Senate on March 2, 1923, and received commission that same day. He served until his death on February 15, 1925.
