Answer the following questions:

2. Is it important to follow directions?
C. Motivation:
Play a video song “Hokey Pokey” and let the learners follow the actions.

After playing the vide song, have a short sharing information about it.

1. What is the title of the song?


2. What actions did you follow in the song?
3. What did you do to follow the actions you heard in the song?

D. Discussion of Concepts (Explore)

Directions – are instructions (tell you what to do) that need to be followed.

Following directions – shows your ability to complete a task or a request. It requires


you to sequence information by following the given steps.

REMEMBER

Following directions requires giving attention to details in spoken language and to


sequence the information in appropriate steps to accomplish the given task.
G. Evaluation:
Do the following directions:

1. Look for letter A in the box and circle it.

3. Look at the pictures inside the box and draw a circle in between the star and heart
shapes.

4. Draw a big circle in the box and color the circle red.
5. Look for the flower inside the box. Color the petals yellow, leaves with green, and
stem with brown.

Always remind the learners that the home-based activities are needed to be accomplished.
