Kordri is an Asura of the Thyestes Clan, and the younger brother of Aldir. Kordri became the second mentor to Arthur Leywin after he was assigned to train him for the upcoming war against the Vritra Clan and Alacrya.
Appearance[]
Kordri is by no means distinguishable or remarkable in any way. He reminds Arthur much of a monk; someone who had chosen to let go of the worldly ways, except he wasn’t dressed in a robe, but a light, tight-fitting tunic. The unique feature Kordri has, are his four hazel eyes, but even that fact seems to be somehow plain, as stated by Arthur. Every one of his four eyes exude a pearl calm wisdom that differ from Lord Indrath’s silently terrifying gaze.
In the webcomic, his appearance is much more distinguished, as his tunic and attire are darker, with a unique diamond like pattern on his shirt. He is bald, his top two eyes possess black sclera, and his arms are covered in black markings.
Personality[]
He is a very stoic, calm, and wise Asura as described by Arthur. While he still refers to humans as "lessers", he does not look down on them and acknowledges their talent if they impress him like when he acknowledged Arthur’s mentality, talent and abilities. As a mentor, he remains patient with his students, however when his students disappoint him and complain or question him, he gets easily annoyed at them. While he shows not much emotions during Arthur’s mentorship, the first one to make him feel many emotions like awe, excitement and pride is Arthur. Another one of Kordi’s traits is his dislike of arrogance.
Background[]
He has been working as a mentor in Thyestes clan for many years, as he is responsible for training warriors of his clan in combat arts. Those warriors will later become leading figures in his clan. Nevertheless, he also trains warriors from different clans from all ages.
Abilities & Skill[]
Even among the Thyestes Clan, Kordri was said to be one of the greatest martial artists as well as a reputable mentor within the clan. Kordri was responsible for training some of the most prominent figures within the Thyestes Clan. The privilege of training under him is said to be one of the highest honors within the clan.
Mirage Walk: Mirage Walk is the Thyestes Clan’s Secret Technique, which allows the user to completely conceal his mana presence by balancing his output of mana from his core through his mana channels and his intake of mana from the atmosphere through his mana veins, effectively rendering him invisible to people and animals trying to sense him via mana fluctuations.
Thyestes Clan Combat Arts: As a member of the Thyestes Clan, he is a master of his clan's combat arts, which utilizes swift, precise strikes, coupled with throws that take advantage of the opponent’s momentum and center of gravity. By relying on his senses to perceive, where the opponent is distributing their weight and momentum, he matches his attack to take proper advantage of his opponent's strength. This results in the use of little to no effort to dispel his opponent's attacks, which allows him to preserve his strength for future attacks.
King Force: Kordri can radiate a malevolent aura that cripples his opponent’s mental defense, however if his opponent is strong enough to counter it, they can resist his aura.
Flight: kordri has the ability to fly.
Swordsmanship: Kordri was shown conjuring a blade when sparing with Arthur. While he is not a distinguished swordsman, Kordri was shown to fend off against Arthur with little effort, indicating Kordri was much more skilled than even him.
