Episode 17 is the seventeenth chapter of Hooky by Míriam Bonastre Tur.
Summary[]
Dorian and Dani runs to the house and start eating some parts of it. Nico remembers them the house belong to a witch and so they shouldn't, but they don't get what he means with that. Dorian finds out the door isn't locked, so they get inside, which is very creepy compared to the exterior of the house. However, the witch is not at home. They find on a table a letter which invites the woman to take part in a grand event, a Witches Sabbath, obligatory to all the magical people. It also says that at the meeting they will crown the new king of witches, who will guide them in their revange against non-magical people.
While the twins discuss about the letter, Nico calls for them from another room. Dani joins him only to find out the room contains several cages with some dead kids inside. At the same time, Dorian goes to the basement and finds a few papers which contains data about frightening spells and black magic. Their findings make them all realise why the forest is considered dangerous and why people are so scared of witches.
Suddenly three men storms inside the house and meet Dani. They say they are happy to have arrived before the witch could catch her, but still saddened that the other kids in the cages are all dead. They also find the clothes of other kids, suggesting the witch ate them. One of the men, a lumberjack, comments the witches should all be burned because they are all evil, which prompts Dani to reveal to him she is one herself to show him some good ones actually exist.
