William, a Non-Magical person.
A Non-Magical Person is the term that refers to normal humans in Hooky. It is a direct contrast to Witches, and are people who do not practice magic.
Appearance[]
Non-magical people look like people in the real world, although most of them wear relatively dated clothing that indicates the time period of Hooky. Non-Magical people do not wear anything symbolic to traditional Witches, including pointy hats and all-black clothing.
Environment[]
Non-Magical people usually live in villages and are often involved with their community. They usually ride trains and (rarely) drive cars as their primary mode of transportation.
Magical Properties[]
Although all humans have magic potential inside of them, Non-magical people choose not to explore that side of themself. Therefore they do not have any special powers, but they are aware of and appreciate magic.
