White Roses are a type of flower and a running motif throughout Hooky.

Appearance[]

They are short flowers with round white petals and dark green leaves and stems. They are often seen in bunches. They appear dark red when bloodstained. They can also appear on decorations or clothing.

History[]

White Roses don't seem to have any important use in the past, nor does it have any significance to any Witches besides Pendragon.

Location[]

It seems to be an abundant flower, although it is only seen naturally growing in the forest in Monica's kingdom and the Spiral Rock.

Story[]

White Roses are often associated with Monica, as the first appearance of them are all over her room. They are her favourite flower, and Dorian remembers this and gives her one as a peace offering. They are also mentioned in Pendragon's prophecy and later can be seen at the Spiral Rock when the prophecy is fulfilled. They are also the main decoration in Monica and Will's wedding.
