I'd Like A Tank Please, Bob! is a mission in Grand Theft Auto 2 available during Area 3: Industrial, given to the protagonist Claude Speed by the Zaibatsu Corporation boss Uno Carb. The mission is available from the red phone at the Power Core in the neighborhood of Escobar in Industrial District.
Maximum Respect for the Zaibatsu is required in order to unlock this mission, indicated by the red light icon below the gang's respect-o-meter on the HUD.
Description[]
Uno Carb tells Claude that the City Security Services budget is getting higher than Zaibatsu Corporation's budget, so he asks him to get attention from the authorities and steal a SWAT Van, a Special Agent Car and a Tank, and deliver it to Uno Carb's garage in Sennora, adjacent to the House Of Guns.
Reward[]
The reward for completing the mission is $80,000, +1 Score Multiplier, and increased Zaibatsu Respect level.

- The mission name is a reference to the T.V. gameshow Blockbusters where contestants called out for example "I'd like a/Can I have a P please, Bob" in requesting a letter to guess the word behind it.
- This mission is a bit different in the Game Boy Color version of the game: since the Tank cannot be acquired with a maximum wanted level (as only SWAT Vans and Special Agent Cars chase the player at a maximum wanted level), the player must acquire the Tank guarded by police officers in Azeri Heights.
