Long Summary[]
The chapter opens with Usopp and Chopper introducing the concept of the chapter, explaining that they will be participating in a Davy Back Fight.
Itomimizu flies through the sky, announcing the beginning of a one-match Davy Back Fight between the Straw Hat Pirates and the Foxy Pirates. The two crews celebrate the announcement, and Foxy announces his intention: he wants to win back their Jolly Roger. To his crew's shock, however, Luffy reveals that he threw it out a long time ago, stating it was embarassing to have. Meanwhile, Nami and Usopp ask why they're even risking the challenge, and Luffy tells them that Foxy's bet is to throw a party in the Straw Hats' honor.
As the Straw Hats begin to enjoy the stalls set up for the event, Foxy reveals that he's recruited two new allies for their rematch: Trafalgar Law and Cavendish. The Straw Hats ask why they're cooperating with Foxy, and as Cavendish rambles from a misinterpretation of the question, Law tells them that his prize for winning will be that they stop calling him "Tora-o". This shocks Luffy and Chopper, who thought that "Tora-o" was his actual name; meanwhile, Nami points out that he uses nicknames for the Straw Hats too, and asks if it isn't hypocritical to ask to be called by his name when he won't even do that for others. While Law processes her argument, Chopper asks if nobody ever taught him the saying "treat others how you want to be treated", and Law thinks back to Corazon, depressed that he forgot his lessons.
While Law sits on the ground, Nami asks if he would be willing to rearrange part of her and Robin's room on the Sunny, as the two women fail to remember the name of Shambles. Luffy suddenly appears, carrying boxes that he took from Foxy's ship; he reveals a series of wigs that he puts on Law, in an attempt to comfort him. Instead, the Straw Hats messing with Law causes Shachi and Penguin to question his Warlord status, and when Law tries to respond, Chopper instead gets him to repeat the word "friendly".
Watching the antics, the Foxy Pirates wonder if they've been forgotten about. They suddenly notice a group of the Straw Hats wearing bald caps they took from Foxy's ship, and, annoyed, Foxy reminds Luffy of the Davy Back Fight. They finally begin, revealing the teams: The Foxy Pirates will use Foxy, Law, and Cavendish, while the Straw Hats will use Afro Luffy, Afro Zoro, and Afro Sanji, in a Groggy Ring round. The two captains are the balls, with added rules that all weapons are forbidden and stepping outside the field is a disqualification.
The match begins, and a plate of meat appears in the middle. Before they can stop him, Luffy jumps to grab it, revealing a pitfall and falling in. Foxy, now in the Gorilla Puncher 18, covers the hole Luffy fell inside. From the bottom of the hole, Luffy attempts to jump up to Foxy, but is hit by a Noro Noro Beam and pummeled by the Gorilla Puncher 18's fists, landing back at the bottom. Foxy explains his plan, to tire Luffy out before finishing the match, and reveals his new prize: he will claim Luffy himself to join his crew, forcing the Straw Hats to disband and recruiting them all. The plan enrages Luffy, but as he attempts to climb out, he is simply knocked down again.
On the surface, Zoro attempts to attack the Gorilla Puncher 18 to free Luffy, but he is interrupted by Hakuba; however, after a short clash, Zoro is able to defeat him. While he celebrates his victory, he is suddenly teleported outside the field by Law, and is disqualified. As Sanji now rushes to the Gorilla Puncher 18, Law attempts the same thing, but Sanji avoids touching the ground using Sky Walk. He rushes back to Law and whispers "dried prunes" in his ear; when that has no effect, he whispers "dried prune sandwich", rattling Law. Sanji continues his mental attack, whispering "dried prune sandwich made and delivered by Doflamingo" and "dried prune sandwiches with Doflamingo in the Torikago"; as Law passes out, Sanji adds "Vergo trying to secretly record it", and takes advantage of Law's distracted state to lock Seastone handcuffs on him. With Law out of the match, Sanji resumes his rush on the Gorilla Puncher 18, only to be distracted by Porche, who asks if anyone can help her undress. He rushes out of the field to help her, and is disqualified.
Returning underground, Luffy is bruised and battered, still unsuccessfull in escaping. As Foxy gloats that there are no mirrors to beat him in this fight, Usopp has a sudden idea, taking Porche's Den Den Mushi and yelling at Luffy to disable "Fight Mode". Thanking Usopp, Luffy enters Gear 2, and as Foxy launches more Noro Noro Beams, pulls off his afro, revealing a bald cap underneath. The surface of the bald cap acts as a mirror, reflecting the beam back into the Gorilla Puncher 18 and Foxy, and Luffy destroys the machine, launching Foxy into the air. In the air, Luffy hits him again, throwing him into the cage and ending the match in the Straw Hats' victory.
With the match over, Itomimizu announces the results, revealing that a banquet given as a reward for a Davy Back Fight must last three days and three nights.
Three days later, the Straw Hats prepare to leave the island, having enjoyed the banquet and taking some of Foxy's treasure as a bonus. Before they leave, Nami and Robin ask Law to switch their room back, deciding they actually liked it the original way more.

This comment refers to a TV program that aired in September 2015 discussing harassment. During it, comedian Hitoshi Matsumoto argued that being overly sensitive and misusing the word harassment was itself harassment, and would grow to the point of not being able to say anything.[1][2] |
