Short Summary[]
While having a snowball fight with the Heart Pirates, the Straw Hat Pirates encounter a group from the Arabasta Kingdom who are looking for a medicinal plant. The pirates help them search, and after fighting Wapol's forces, manage to find the plant.
Long Summary[]
The chapter opens with Sanji explaining the events of the coming chapter. Before he can finish, Zoro shows him a picture of himself on Momoiro Island, causing him to collapse.
While guarding the Thousand Sunny, Robin and Chopper play Mistigri. Outside, the rest of the Straw Hat Pirates and the Heart Pirates have a snowball fight, which the Straw Hats win and cause Law to owe Nami money. As they move on to continue playing in the snow, the pirates are approached by Vivi, Karoo, and Pell, who explain they're looking for the Yokunaru herb for King Cobra.
Hearing that Cobra has fallen ill, Luffy offers Law's services, who explains that he is the renowned "Surgeon of Death". However, upon hearing the name, Vivi declines his help, instead explaining that the herb is atop a large mountain. The Straw Hats quickly agree to help her reach the summit, and when Law hesitates, Nami offers to consider selling him an ultra-rare commemorative coin from Water 7. Despite his crew's protests - notably at Nami selling him the coin, rather than giving it - Law accepts, revealing that the inside of his coat is covered in commemorative coins. They negotiate a sale for 
500,000, and as Law doesn't have the money on him, agree to a loan through the Nami Nami Finance (ナミナミファイナンス, Nami Nami Fainansu?) system with a 30% interest rate every seven days.
After a quick snack, at Luffy's request, they finally begin climbining the mountain. Nami gets a ride from Sanji and Penguin, and Luffy and Law climb into Bepo's jacket to warm up. Eventually, they arrive at a sheer cliff. At first, Usopp thinks they have to find a way around, but Nami climbs onto Sanji's back, begging him to climb up for Vivi's sake. Out of sheer determination, Sanji runs up the cliff side, carrying Nami with him. He's then followed by Vivi and Karoo riding Pell, Luffy launching himself up with Gomu Gomu no Rocket, Law and Bepo teleporting up using Shambles, and finally, the remaining four Straw Hats launching themselves up with Franky's Coup de Boo.
At the top of the cliff, Luffy sees a full meal, which he runs towards to eat. However, when he gets there, a water tank appears from the ground, trapping him. Wapol (Drum Island Arc version), Chess, and Kuromarimo then reveal themselves, and Wapol states that he intends on getting his revenge on the Straw Hats. Preparing to fight, he creates Chessmarimo, prompting Nami and Franky to create their own fusion in response: Sanjizoro (サンジゾロ?), made up of Zoro in a large cylinder and Sanji above him. However, they are quickly defeated by Chessmarimo; when Vivi explains that blocking Zoro's arms and Sanji's legs was a bad idea, Nami and Franky are shocked, apologizing for their mistake.
With Zoro and Sanji out of the fight, Wapol uses Shiro Wapol, transforming into a giant castle. He bombards the remaining fighters with his cannons, and before they can recover, brings up a cage from under the snow, trapping them similarly to Luffy. With the fighting over, Wapol leaves to eat the Sunny, leaving Chessmarimo as a guard.
However, Nami reveals that she and Vivi are not actually trapped, having used a Mirage Tempo to hide away. The duo resolve to save Luffy, and Nami gets Chessmarimo's attention. While he's focused on her, Vivi uses Chozetsu Miwaku no Kurukuru Memai Dance, stunning Chessmarimo for a split second. He uses Yukiwariso in a panic, allowing the two girls to use Toppu Slasher and knock him unconscious.
With Chessmarimo defeated, the girls saved Luffy from the tank, filled him in on the situation, and rescued the rest of the party from the cage. Luffy and Nami then rode Pell down to the Sunny, to stop Wapol from eating it. Upon reaching Wapol, Nami creates a thundercloud with her Clima-Tact, with which Luffy uses Gomu Gomu no Gigant Thor Bazooka, pushing through Wapol 10-ren Cannon and crushing Wapol's castle form.
As the group winds down from their fight, with Wapol's party exhausted, Wapol reveals that he had eaten a giant bomb that day and uses Bakudan Wapol. However, when Nami points out that he will caught in the explosion, he begins panicking. Pell decides to sacrifice himself to fly Wapol into the air so the group aren't caught in the explosion, but is stopped before he gets a chance. Instead, the newly formed Zorosanji (サンジゾロ?), this time with Zoro on top, attack him, throwing him into the air too far to hit them.
With Wapol defeated, the group continue to the summit of the mountain. When they get close enough, Law uses Shambles to teleport some Yokunaru to them, and they return to the base. Once there, Nami forces Wapol to create toys that she can sell to enrich Nami Nami Finance, and Vivi gives Law an extremely rare commemorative coin from the Arabasta Kingdom's last coronation as a thank you, earning his gratitude.
