Where it is seen that Chevron is singing in French a punk song with Lucretia as a guitarist and Penny as a drummer in the stage's shadow. Chevron explains that after exploring various hobbies, she devoted herself to punk Rock, forming a band called "Chevron and the Chavettes", with her taking all the protagonist.
The members, Lucretia and Penny referred to as Chavette #1 and #3 respectively, with Chavette #2 being in an unknown location where Penny implies that something bad happened to her. Continued practicing, but Dot intervenes putting both girls in the light. Chevron proceeds to silence her band by leaving only her guitar connected to electricity, and Dot proceeds to turn off the guitar as well. When Chevron sarcastically proposed to ask her for a method of how to do things, after Dot told him she was acting like a pop star. Dot tells her that she can get a better band.
Lotta tells her that Gerald from the site "Harvey Street Vegan" evaluated the Chavettes with a high rating and Dot intends to make an exemplary band with which Chevron stops being so tyrannical. In the HQ, Dot has blank spots to create a band and set of stickers representing her and the girls, her plan is for the girls to take turns choosing a theme they want.
Dot asks for the name "The Harvey Girls" and Audrey proceeds to suggest that it be with 8 Rs, which she accepts. Audrey proceeds to choose clothing, which consists of a neon green and purple suit with Viking helmets. Lotta asks for instruments that consist on assigning: Audrey on guitar, Dot on drums and her on saxophone, despite having trained for six years on the keyboard. Regarding the scenery, Audrey asks that it be recorded in space and Dot takes advantage of making it a music video.
In the park, the street kids along Chevron's band watch the Harvey girls' music video, which they sing about doing things democratically without being told what to do. The girls accomplish their mission by getting a better rating with Gerald, annoying Chevron. Lucretia however asks when they will see them live since she is a fan of the Harvey girls. When Dot says they are just a video band, Chevron shoos Lucrecia by throwing her away and convinces the public to make the Harvey Girls do a live performance. This is a trap though since Chevron noticed Dot hesitating when Lucretia asked about it.
Dot reunites the girls saying that their magic is based on post-production, but they also want to do the event live to avoid disappointing the public. Audrey on the other hand is thrown to the public referring to rock stars, with Lucretia being the only one who holds her, suddenly she acquires super strength and manages to hold her. Chevron sends them as an opening band, but Lucretia and Penny decide to go with the girls saying that they want to be heard.
Despite the fact that Dot already had creative decision problems with three members, Dot accepts in order to erase Chevron's smug smile. In the HQ with their new members, Penny wants to do a drum solo by giving Dot a mere triangle. At the same time, Lucretia wants to do a rap solo, Lotta wants to play a didyeridú and Audrey wants to use a smoke machine as an instrument. The girls practice but so much creative freedom makes them play in an uncoordinated way, that combined with their inability to organize the group means that they have not made any progress at all until the time comes when they should play.
Dot admits defeat to Chevron, and she also says that she took her band for granted. Therefore, they combine the Chevron dictatorship and the collectivism of Dot in a representative democracy, where the girls vote. Quickly, Chevron and Dot are voted the band's leaders and their clothing styles are quickly changed. At the time of opening, the song they sing about reference as both Chevron and Dot tried their best to make a good band that was not working, but when they combined both methods they made a super group. When Dot and Chevron were going to start arguing over the microphone, Penny steals it and does a solo, where she is congratulated by Audrey.
