Todd, commonly known as Super-Todd is a minor character in Harvey Street Kids. He at first was a one off gag in the Season 1 episode It's a Wonderful LARP, then he later became a regular character starting in Season 2.

Todd is a kid who lives on Harvey. He, like Audrey, takes role-playing too far and believes he's a real superhero that can fly. In later episodes, he surprisingly appeared coming out of nowhere. Though, Todd may have been very hobnail.

- In the original Little Lotta comics, she was such a fan of superhero "Flying Man" she made herself a costume and pretended to be "Leaping Lotta". This seems to be the inspiration for "Super-Todd".
- His t-shirt features Alex the Lion from Dreamworks' Madagascar franchise.
