Nine to Harv is the second segment of the 7th episode in season 3 of Harvey Street Kids.
Synopsis[]
Lotta tries to run a stuffed animal business in San Francisco.
Plot[]
The episode begins in the sky mansion focusing on Richie's list of childhood wishes. Audrey wants to see an urban legend, while Dot wants them to see a photo of the puppies. For his part, Richie wants to see a business matter that is looking for a business to operate in a building he owns in Sillitoy Valley, a place where technology-based toy companies focus. One of the applicants was Pinkeye using his snot sculptures, whose idea was rejected because it had already been realized. Therefore, Richie wants to start another new business before another company takes that desired position.
Lotta screams off camera, where the kids go to visit her on the mansion's platform. Lotta comments that an agency (later referred to as "Baby Red Panda Rescue Center") gave her a stuffed red panda as an initiation to being able to adopt one, which she wrecked because she tried to tickle it. While Lotta complains about the quality of the stuffed animals, she intends to use better materials in its assembly and be able to be customizable. Richie suggests that she applies her idea, to the business, which should start tomorrow. The girls tell her that she has a busy schedule considering she wants to adopt a real red panda and have some training with the cheerleaders. Richie convinces her and gives her a business book
Richie for his part, while saying a business thing to encourage Lotta, she realizes that he does not know how to ride a bicycle. As the kids separate, Dot and Audrey go to help Richie while Lotta learns to run the business by reading the books. In the next scene, the mansion is shown going to San Francisco, where other kids like Lucretia, The Bow, Pinkeye, Bobby, Melvin, Tiny and Frufru are present there.
Lotta introduces them to their business "Stuff A Stuffed", in which stuffed animals can be filled, it has an accessories area and hairstyles can be performed with the assistance of Richie's cylindrical robots. The business is going well with customers arriving, with the girls taking Richie to Bombard Street to continue cycling. After being invited, Lotta refuses, saying that she must continue with the business, and things get complicated when the red panda Rhubarb comes into her care. Lotta also refuses to let the girls and Richie help her by taking care of the red panda, saying that she can do it alone.
Dot in case of doubt gives Lotta a clasp which is attached to her helmet in case she needs help. In the next scene, Lotta plays with the baby panda, then retires due to a business matter. It is here that Lotta alternates between the baby and the business, which does not give good results, so she decides to bring the baby panda with her. Among these incidents, she ignored Lucretia, Frufru complains that her octopus has too many legs, Pinkeye also wants to change his fish for a more spotted one and wants a refund, Tiny gets too excited about cotton stuffing, the red panda is put on a treadmill where a robot is about to give it an akward haircut and some robots are malfunctioning where they only gives hive fives instead of receiving their client's money generating a huge line.
After feeling cornered, and trying to ask for help from her alter-egos, Lotta asks the Harvey girls for help. Dot takes care of Frufru and Pinkeye, Richie re-configures the motherboard of his robot that receives the money, Audrey turns off the cotton filler and Lotta saves her red panda. Lotta proceeds to make a monologue to the girls that she could not do it alone, with Richie saying that he has an app that helps him to oversee a business, streams cartoons, or take care of pets from afar, which he says he should have said that before. After Audrey blew up a stuffed animal with the filler to verify if they did. All the kids go back to Harvey Street off-camera, where Lotta sees the app implying that she also runs the business from afar. The girls proceed to help Richie ride a bike with Rhubarb there, where he manages to ride for a bit not without falling and blocking the panda's fall while saying it off camera.

Trivia[]
- Lucretia appears without a nose in a scene (Minute 18:59).
- There is some inconsistency about the perspective of the houses when Richie was cycling (Minute 22:28). If Frufru, Bobby and The Bow's houses are considered to be outside the cul-de-sac, they should not be in a straight and continuous view in relation with the other's houses.
