Noogie Nights is the second segment of the 1st episode in season 3 of Harvey Street Kids. At the same time, is the first episode starring Richie Rich, and is the debut of the purple title card template in which he is seen.
Synopsis[]
Richie participates in a game with the kids in an attempt to establish a friendship with them.
Plot[]
The episode begins with Tiny and Pinkye playing at throwing paper planes, where the sky mansion appears. Tiny comments that only paper planes should be used, which Richie confused with the initials of his aircraft. The Harvey girls appear from the bushes saying that the friendship simulation ended by giving both boys a cookie, with Tiny demanding cookies with a double serving of chips. After retiring and Audrey nearly breaking a jar with cooties in it, Lotta suggests not using the inventions he's so used to or else he might upset people. Richie responds to her about how difficult it is to make friends along with which he demonstrates having problems listening.
The opportunity arises when Bobby decides to throw a murder mystery party, where everyone involved must dress up and look for the "noogie murderer". After distributing the costumes among several boys, Bobby is attacked by the murderer, while saying that each character card has a clue to find it. Among the clues read by the boys is that the killer fears clowns and is allergic to pumpkins. After a monologue of Richie trying to listen to the others that it does not work for him, the other kids are planning something.
The kids then ask him how the plan was, to which Richie evades the question by sending with his drones a set of forensic crime investigation devices, however Lotta (along with the rest of the Harvey girls) warn that he is trying to make friends presuming, but Richie doesn't listen to them. In the following scenes Richie and Lucretia are seen walking in circles; he, Bobby and Tiny looking for the shape of the fist; He is next to Frufru and Pinkeye looking for the murderer's knuckle shape and joking along the way.
When he was going to give the verdict and was going to blame The Bow, his failure causes others to distrust him in the game. In an attempt to redeem himself, Richie finds the culprit with his device which is always recording what is happening around where he discovers that Bobby did it. However, all the others depart from him because supposedly they all had to work as a team. The Harvey girls appear and give him advice to listen. In the sky mansion, Richie invites everyone to another game looking for the "terrifying wolf", where this time they all have roles they like. Richie comments that he looked at his camera recordings of the kids, which is why he was able to find out more about them. The episode concludes with Lotta using her Hulk Lotta alter-ego saying to not spy on them.
