Austland City Limits is the second segment of the 11th episode in season 3 of Harvey Street Kids.
Synopsis[]
The Harvey Girls, Richie and Gerald separate in groups and explore Austland doing their own business.
Plot[]
The episode begins with the Sky mansion heading to a city. Where the Harvey Girls, Gerald and Richie Rich go down, where Lotta is blindfolded. Ricky asks the girls if Lotta is in a liking relationship with Gerald, where Gerald wishes her a "Like-versary" showing that the city was Austland.
Ricky asks how this was not shown before, to which Dot replies that the Harvey girls are not identified by the people they love. Gerald shows the town of Austland to the group, which is unusually populated by children. The girls go through a market, mentioning that everything Gerald told them about the city was true. Ricky comments that he rarely visits Austland, because the city is ahead in trends.
Gerald tells her that since he values his city, he hopes that Lotta will also value it while putting a sweet face on her, where they both walk out. Gerald comments to Dot that the currency system are exchanges, and in a passing Audrey references what happened to the Trade tree, which was bought and decorated by The Bow. Dot notices a dotted sand buggy that catches her eye, but she only has one point to haggle over. Gerald tells her an anecdote that a girl started with a stapler until she bought an ancient Scottish castle only using exchanges. Ricky offers Dot his Dap-O-Tron robots as a way to load the objects she gains. She says she has it on her own, but the robot becomes sad, and she reconsiders her decision.
Richie for his part wants to look for Juanita Tennyson, a girl who has been a trend in the city due to her double roles and pocket duck editions, and also resembles the girl in the Early Character Designs. Where he plans to ask her what trend she has in mind, to which Audrey wants to accompany him because she believes that he referred to food tastes, which he tries to clarify but Audrey continues to think the same.
From this point on, the story is divided into subplots similar to "Now It's Con", which are alternately shown to the viewer. Sometimes the stories' crossover each other.
Gerald and Lotta[]
Gerald invites Lotta to "Tacos and Koalas", a food stand that only offers unusual food combinations. Lotta tries one of the dishes, but she doesn't like it and pretends to do it for Gerald. Lotta asks him about the koalas, to which he gives one and explains that they are robotic since the real ones are found in an almond butter factory that acts as a reserve and recycling center. Lotta is bothered by the robotic koala, which she pretends to like it to please Gerald. The scene is changed to Gerald showing him a Rock concert, which Lotta finds annoying the noise the singer makes. Finally, Gerald invites him to dive into a pool of old clothes full of rats, all while Audrey is chased by Juanita's group.
Dot and Dap-O-Tron[]
Dot tries to exchange her point, but has no luck. Dap-O-Tron suggests her to go somewhere that conveniently is looking for points to purchase. From this point on, Dot manages to exchange various things gaining value with each thing exchanged, all while doing a song. In the next scene, Dot gets a disco ball pinball game, which she wants to barter with the bow who owns the buggy.
Said boy is not interested, and he wants Richie's robot, and she confused about it tells him to wait, where she wants to clarify if he will treat him well if he gets it and the boy says yes. Dot excusing herself from the matter tells the robot to understand since Richie has like 100 of them. Dot already having and driving the Buggy, wants to forget about his morally wrong decision. Later, she notices the same boy using Dap-O-Tron as a coat rack. So she repents, makes a U-turn and tells the boy she wants it back, giving him the pinball table, the buggy and a point. The boy accepts and Dot apologizes to the robot.
Richie and Audrey[]
Richie and Audrey find Juanita. Where they make a secret greeting between trend people that ends with a selfie. Ricky asks her what trend she has found, and tells him what it is to collect fruit in baskets. But as she already said it, is not a secret and therefore it is not a trend. So she has no problem getting his followers to throw everything away. Audrey tells her if she will do that while she eats from the dumpster crouched like an animal. Juanita notices her sweater and hairstyle saying that her style is unique along with mentioning that it is the future. Juanita asks her to share her secrets and Audrey responds that she has always wanted to do that, while throwing herself into a garbage container on her back, where Juanita and Richie's followers do the same on the street.
In the next scene, Audrey continues to teach the group to be like her, where the kids comb their hair like her. The tips she tells Audrey to the kids are: don't think too much, value ice cream, Parkour, and sharks along with that Zoe stinks. Richie says there are four pillars instead of five and Juanita reminds him not to think too much. Audrey tests her students, where she misses ice cream, a patent with her name and a balloon shark. Annoyed by this incident, she tells the group that she wants to separate paths, but Junita wants to continue learning. Audrey insists and Juanita persists, saying "I say when a trend ends", while following her. Richie for his part, says that this is a case of trend vs. friends childhood event, leaves him confused.
Epilogue[]
After Dot's incident, Audrey appears asking her for help. Dot and Dap protect Audrey by making a kind of barrier while Juanita and her group of followers run to her on four limbs and plan to pounce on them. Richie intervenes, using his mansion' mechanical claw and rescues the group while telling Juanita that friends have a higher priority than trends, all while saying that he will see her on social media, Juanita for her part is interested in a rat in a boot like new trend.
Gerald was about to make Lotta get into the pool of clothes with rats, where Lotta ends up telling the truth that she doesn't like things in Austland and only did it for Gerald. He admits that he was doing the same for her, saying that finds Austland boring. Gerald hugs Lotta and Richie takes them away back to the mansion. Audrey tells the group that Austland is a good place to visit, but not with this same experience, while Gerald says goodbye. However, something happened in the city where the robot koalas rebelled, and one of them "attacks" the viewer by pouncing on them while changing his pupils to a reddish hue. In the credits, Dot's swap song can be heard.

Trivia[]
- Like "The Puppets Take Meanhattan", the Latin American credits for this episode do not include the ending song and only an instrumental version of it can be heard.
- In this episode there are references to "Trade Wreck", where a Sanack Attackers card is shown and a scene that shows The Bow acquiring the Trade Tree.
- If Gerald and Lotta are celebrating the Like-versary, this would imply that a year has passed since the episode "New Kid on the Block".
