Master Lepus was born on April 20th, 1960 in Wolverhampton, England, and at some point became the Grand Master of the Hare Krishna based in Anywhere City.
He is a virtual recluse with a 'Buddha complex'.
He has an Interpol record for kidnapping, extortion, brain-washing and possession of soft drugs. According to his police file, he enjoys sex, drugs, meditation and eating. He also goes by the names "The Hare", "Luppy", "The Star of Light" and "Keith Richards".

In 2013 or 1999, the Russian Mafia led by Jerkov have put a contact out on Master Lepus, so Sunbeam sends Claude Speed and a group of Krishna converts to the Russian Mafia territory in Krimea to hunt down and kill their hitmen.
