Vedic Temple is a landmark in the neighborhood of Narayana in Industrial District, Anywhere City in Grand Theft Auto 2.
Description[]
The temple is located in the southeastern portion of Narayana, occupying half of the neighborhood. It is the main headquarters of the Hare Krishna gang.
The building structure is composed of many large octagons containing pathways along the rim. The player can hear the meditation of the Hare Krishnas if they are near one of their holy prayer locations, although the player cannot enter the prayer area or see inside.
The Heavenly Radio Headquarters is located in the center of the temple.

Trivia[]
In one of the buildings, the player can hear the chanting sounds[1] of the Hare Krishna from the original Grand Theft Auto, which is a real Hare Krishna group recorded by Colin Anderson using a handheld tape recorder while in Dundee City Centre for lunch with Mike Dailly, one of DMA Design founders.[2]

The idea of being able to use your phone to record ideas for songs as a solution to the eternal composer's problem of forgetting your great, new song was science fiction. Instead, I used to carry a small, handheld tape recorder with me all the time. I used it to opportunistically capture random sounds or pieces of music I heard that I liked or found interesting. Most famously, I used it to capture the sound of a visiting Hare-Krishna group while in Dundee city centre for lunch with (fellow GTA creator) Mike Dailly, and we ended up using that sound for the chanting sound of Hare-Krishna's in the game.”
