Background[]
Despite being a member of the Hare Krishna, he shows discontent towards them and their boss, Sunbeam, warning Claude Speed that they might "turn [his] brain into mush".
Events of Grand Theft Auto 2[]
In order to raid the Zaibatsu Corporation's Construction Yard in Lattero, Claude Speed is told by Sunbeam to meet Leo in Krimea so he can help him unlock the construction site's main gates.
He refuses to help him at first, but eventually agrees after Claude assists him in destroying a generator. Leo opens the gate of the construction yard so Claude can kill the site manager. After opening the gate, he will walk away, holding a gun, and can be killed with no penalty.
