Ivan (Russian: Иван) is a minor character in Grand Theft Auto 2.

History[]

Background[]

Ivan is a Russian mercenary working for the Kovski Bratva, the Russian Mafia operating in Industrial District, Anywhere City.

Events of Grand Theft Auto 2[]

After the Hare Krishna begin interfering on the Russian Mafia's businesses, Jerkov has Claude Speed pick up Ivan and three of his mercenary friends who are waiting in Azeri Heights. Once the group are aboard, they're directed to drive to the middle of the Vedic Temple, kill enough Hare Krishna members to infuriate them, then hold the territory for two minutes as they try to defend it.

Ivan assists Claude in killing members of the Hare Krishna. He and his mercenary friends may or may not be killed by the Hare Krishna during the shootout, which won't affect the mission.
