Lefty is an associate of the Yutes gang operating in Flotsam, Downtown District, Anywhere City. Lefty, however, is selling secrets to anyone who will pay him money.
Events of Grand Theft Auto 2[]
Claude Speed, under orders from the Zaibatsu Corporation boss Trey Welsh, pays him a visit at the Funabashi Casino to find out where the leader of the Yutes is. He refuses to reveal the Yute Boss's location at first but changes his mind after Claude beats him up.
