Chesti-Kov (Georgian: ჩესტი-კოვ) is a character who is mentioned on the promotional website for Grand Theft Auto 2.

Background[]
Chesti-Kov is a high-ranking member of the Kovski Bratva, a Russian gang led by Jerkov in the Industrial District of Anywhere City.
He has a Russian criminal record for extortion, racketeering and prostitution, and was imprisoned from 1975 to 1988 for the theft of 200 million barrels of oil from Siberia.
Since his arrival from Russia, the activity of the Russian Mafia has sharply increased. Because of this, it is widely accepted that Chesti-Kov is the mastermind behind his gang's schemes. He is known to his fellow gang members as "The cripple" and "The old man".

Chesti-Kov is a heavy smoker and Absinth drinker, the latter allegedly kills the arthritic pain in his legs. Despite this, he is a very intelligent person who was able to strengthen the Russian mafia and increase its activity by planning operations for its members. Chesti-Kov, like every other member of Kovski, hates the Zaibatsu Corporation, though his hatred seems to go much deeper, as he refuses to take drugs sponsored by the corporation, unlike many, if not most, members of the mafia. Chesti-Kov is said to use murder as a form of punishment.
Appearance[]
For unknown reasons, both of Chesti-Kov's legs were amputated up to the hips. He also has prison tattoos on both of his arms and several scars on his back (allegedly from lashings), which he most likely got while serving his prison sentence in Russia.
