By the time Claude Speed is working for the Downtown District gangs (and weakening all of them at once behind each boss's back), Johnny Zoo has the Yakuza kidnap Doctor Cubana and begin to torture him in an armored Miara for secret information on the Zaibatsu. Trey Welsh, leader of the Zaibatsu Corporation, employs Claude Speed to destroy the two armored Miaras driving around the district in order to dispose of Cubana before the Yakuza learn their secrets.
