The Metal Spike is a machine block used for hitting NPCs.
Settings[]
This block has no configurable settings.
Usage[]
As can be guessed by its appearance, the Spike is a 'sharp' block, and does more damage to NPCs (soldiers, animals, etc.) on impact. However, it's not especially noticeable, and it snaps easily.
Their visual shape (i.e. sharp) makes them good for details such as:
- Gunsights
- Gauge needles
- Aircraft nosecones
- Gothic aesthetic
However, they make for bad bodywork blocks - their collider is pill-shaped, and they do not play nicely with Scaling.
Technology[]
The most annoying thing about these blocks - their pill-shaped collider - also makes them good teeth for Tank Tracks and custom gears when scaled.
