It is one thing to read a review of this important and compelling film – a tour de force – and another to watch it. The former fades into insignificance when one takes an hour-and-a-half to immerse oneself in its tragic yet revelatory story. For in it we see and hear a dying man speak eloquently of how he accepted the role that life brought him – a 9/11 truthteller and peace apostle – and now, as he departs the stage, hopes this last effort will ease his exit and help fulfill his mission as a man of peace.
Because Graeme MacQueen was my close friend for the last ten years of his life, I found it very hard to watch this film since his death on April 25th is still raw and painful. For more than three years he suffered greatly and yet found the strength to cooperate with his colleague Ted Walter in the making of this important film. Walter’s direction admirably portrays MacQueen’s nobility by having Graeme narrate his life’s work interspersed with documentary footage that illuminates the truth about many issues, most notably the attacks of September 11, 2001 and the subsequent anthrax attacks. The result is a very powerful and important lesson in personal courage and historical truth.
From the opening scenes we see Graeme tell it bluntly and hopefully: that the official story of 9/11 is a fraud, and that because his life’s work has been to oppose war, he hopes he has fulfilled his “mission.” Humble as he was, it is inspiring to hear him speak of his mission, which is another word for vocation or calling, a mystery beyond analysis.

A long-time professor of religious studies at McMaster University in Ontario, Canada where he was the Founding Director of the Center for Peace Studies and a Buddhist scholar, he was also a peace activist, who traveled to El Salvador and worked with peace groups to learn for himself the truth about other conflicts and help resolve them. His writing and research were meticulously logical and evidence based to a fault, and it would be impossible to accuse him of ever reaching rash conclusions based on speculation.
While there are powerful documentaries that focus exclusively on facts and are narrated by omniscient and objective narrators, Peace, War, and 9/11, while also based on proven facts, is doubly powerful because it is told by a man whose personal story is a moving example of one who, from a young age, was inspired by a reverence for life and the embrace of non-violence, and whose vocation long preceded his scholarly and anti-war pursuits.
The documentary footage begins with a clip from President John Kennedy’s indispensable American University speech of June 10, 1963 where he appeals for an end to the Cold War, the abolishment of nuclear weapons, the end of a Pax Americana, and the establishment of a genuine peace:
“. . . the kind of peace that makes life on earth worth living – the kind that enables men and women to grow and to hope and to build a better life for their children – not merely peace for Americans but peace for all men and women – not merely peace in our time but peace in all time.”
This clip sets the stage for all that follows, for it is implied that this speech, among his other anti-war actions, led to JFK’s assassination by the CIA. The film makes similar points about the assassinations of Malcolm X, Martin Luther King, Jr., and Robert Kennedy. The point is clear: Peacemaking is a dangerous activity, but it is necessary if we are to reverence life and live by conscience.
To listen to MacQueen give his analysis of war as a system, at times cold and others hot, not one event but a series of events – a tumor on human society as he describes it (echoing the tumors that are killing him) – is to receive a concise lesson on war and peace. The film illustrates his words with powerful footage from Vietnam, the Tonkin Gulf, Pearl Harbor, the words of the warmaking class, etc. all leading to the attacks of September 11, 2001.
He explains how his suspicions about those events gradually grew until in 2005 he read an article by David Ray Griffin that startled him. It was about the testimony of New York City firefighters who heard explosions in the Twin Towers. This prompted him to pursue what his scholarship had prepared him for: the careful pursuit of textual analysis in pursuit of evidence, and so he read the 12,000 pages of the World Trade Center task force report only to discover that 118 NY firefighters talked about explosions throughout the towers and 10 did not. The more he studied, the more he found additional eyewitness, such as police officers, to bring the number to 156. Such eye witness testimony, reinforced by the first reports from television announcers kept adding up, as thermite was found in the dust of the towers. The evidence for controlled demolition of the buildings kept increasing; he concludes that “the evidence is overwhelming.” His words are supported by confirmatory video from many of the people he mentions. This video testimony makes this film so powerful.
From there he dissects the same day emergence of the official narrative which blamed Osama bin Laden for 9/11 without any evidence to support it. It became the propaganda narrative of good versus evil. Evidence for the alleged 19 hijackers was not produced, then or ever. War was simply declared against the bad guys, who were declared guilty by fiat.
Finally, Graeme analyzes the anthrax letters that were sent in the weeks following September 11. Only five people died but the effects were profound. He leads the viewer through his important research as presented in The 2001 Anthrax Deception. His book shows conclusively that the anthrax attacks were an inside job coming from a U.S. government lab, not an Al-Qaeda operation. Nevertheless, this led to the Patriot Act, the invasion of Afghanistan, and in 2003 the invasion of Iraq, although all were based on lies. And significantly, if the anthrax attacks were an inside job which he conclusively proves, so too were those of September 11th, as some of the alleged hijackers, particularly the leader Mohamed Atta, were involved in the anthrax deceptions.
He concludes by saying many people don’t get the deep state because they can’t imagine treachery of this kind and scope. He accuses many traditional leftists of falling down on the job of showing how 9/11 was a propaganda coup based on “mendacity and deception.” Many such leftists who have often been critics of U.S. domestic and foreign policy – and we are shown pictures of Noam Chomsky, Chris Hedges, Amy Goodman, Glen Greenwald, et al. – have also refused to even discuss the matter. This Graeme says “is probably from fears of looking ridiculous and admitting you were wrong for years and years on a really important topic.” Here I must disagree with my dear friend, for this seems to me false, for these same people could have examined the evidence as Graeme did when he jumped into his research starting in 2005. They adamantly refused then and now and so have given cover for the justification of the endless U.S. wars on terror that are ongoing. I do not believe this was because of “looking ridiculous.” It is more insidious than that.
We see an interview with General Wesley Clarke who says he was shown a paper in the Pentagon in late September 2001 where he was informed that the U.S. was not going to just invade Afghanistan but Iraq, Lebanon, Syria, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, and finally Iran. Graeme makes clear that any country that dares to resist the U.S. “and our Israeli companions” will be attacked and destroyed. This is the war system at work. It is, as he says, all about collective punishment; the warfare states will attack you and kill you in large numbers even if you individually have had nothing to do with any of this. Systemic killing is at the heart of this state terrorism, as the Israeli massacres of Palestinians has long shown, even as I write.
To cap off his analysis, we are shown video of the collapse of Building 7 at the World Trade Center. It was not hit by a plane and came down in free-fall speed at 5:20 P.M. It was clearly taken down by controlled demolition and its fall was predicted by 60 firefighters in advance. It was the final crime committed that day, one that it has taken many people years to discover, if they have.
“We haven’t tried very hard to abolish war,” Graeme says at the end. It is “this mutually reinforcing tumor on societies” that many don’t understand because of its systemic nature and because they don’t take the time to read and study closely all the official narratives that explain it as unavoidable. These are lies. Yet just as 19th century crusaders for justice finally abolished slavery and started a gradual process to try to stop wars – to no avail – the fight goes on. As JFK said at American University, “We all cherish our children’s future. And we are all mortal.”
This deeply moving film will elucidate and edify those who care for the world’s children. While one man’s story, it is universal. Graeme MacQueen has departed this earth, but he has fulfilled his mission as a man of peace. “You do your best,” he tells us. What more can we ask of him, and ourselves as well.
“Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called children of God.”

A brief search has convinced me that Mr. MacQueen was an intelligent man who was “investigating” a subject for which he didn’t have the qualifications. Trying to make a wide-ranging conclusion based on what 118 firefighters “saw, heard and thought on 9/11” as a building collapsed in front of them is simply an example of the wrong approach. Those men were very tired, and also stressed out to the max.
In fact, those with good hearing probably did hear multiple explosions, but those sounds didn’t necessarily mean what religious scholar Graeme MacQueen thought they meant.
I’d be far more interested in learning about MacQueen’s conclusions concerning the Anthrax attacks.
IMO there is a very good chance this is a useful book on the Anthrax issue, and it’s a shame my library doesn’t have a copy. On this topic a determined non-technical researcher would have a chance to do some very useful work.

I knew 9-11 was a scam the instant I saw the 1st tower collapse. I remember while watching it saying to myself, “Hey wait a minute. . .” They fact that it took months and years to “prove” is evidence of what a retarded country we live in.
You people have your noses stuck in the boob tube 24/7–hell you can’t even go “camping” without your satellite dish. If I who watch extremely little TV can remember a show from several decades ago regarding a “magician” and his disappearing act from a building that was taken down by controlled detonation I have to wonder about the rest of you. That is one show but I know there were others.
I even remember the opposite–some stupid alien attack movie where a spaceship crashed into a huge skyscraper in Hong Kong and the building preformed according to actual physics–it bent over and collapsed onto the damaged part–even Hollywood knows the score.
This poor SOB is about twice the quality of draftees from the NYC area during the Vietnam era. Nobody, and I mean nobody, is above being dangled in front of enemy troops to draw small arms fire that can then be met with artillery fire or air strikes.
As far as civil life goes, he’s unlikely to support a family and have kids. One way or the other, he’s toast already.

Why not address this issue by legislation that would limit the size of these potentially destructive things?
Planes are too big today. Look at the Airbus 380, it’s absolutely gigantic and highly dangerous if it were to be flown into buildings. We need to restrict the fuel carried by these enormous aircraft. Alternatively, make them much smaller.
One solution that I’ve suggested in the past, would be to build a bouncy tip on the aircraft. There is an Israeli company that has designed such a safety device. It’s like a huge ballon, emblazoned with a Star of David, that would spring from the plane if it is within a few yards of a building. It would essentially cause the airplane to bounce off the building.
We can certainly buy this safety device directly from the firm in Israel and retrofit all the planes across the world.
If people really want genuine peace they will have to first rid of lies. They can not and will not experience true peace if they continue to subscribe to 911 lies, and all other false flag lies. They will certainly fail at achieving internal peace, peace of their mind and their internal souls, if they continue to engage in Santa Claus lies and Jesus died for your Evil lies.
Humanity needs to search for the purpose of life. Not doing so will prevent you from experiencing any peace. Gaining material things in life will only give you instant gratification but will rob you of gaining long lasting peace. You have a choice to either pave the path of your own peace or be a detriment towards your own peace. One can not attain peace by violating their creator.
The Creator of the universe is a singular, powerful, unique God who has no partners, no relatives, no associates, no peers, no rivals, no counterparts, no comparability, no beginning, no end, no limitations, no deficiencies, and no needs. He created us for only one purpose: to worship and obey Him. Any other reason to live is misguided and ultimately fruitless.
God calls upon humanity to behave according to strict moral guidelines, which include strict prohibitions against murder, theft, criminality, adultery, fornication, intoxication, indecency, malice, deceit, treachery, transgression, injustice, torture, abuse, and defamation, among other things, and He calls upon humanity to uphold the opposite of these vices. The purpose of life on earth is to exert ourselves toward good, to prove our worth. Life, then, is simply a test. Right and wrong are made clear to us, and even though choosing the right action is not always easy, it is expected of us.
After death, all humans will be resurrected and will stand before God and face judgement for every single action and belief. Each person is responsible for what they did or failed to do. No one will be punished for someone else’s wrong actions, and no one will be pardoned for their own wrong actions except through God’s mercy and forgiveness, IF such mercy was previously recognized and intensely beseeched during our life on earth. God repeatedly sent prophets and messengers with the same divine message, which has remained unchanged from the very beginning of human existence (prophets which include Adam, Noah, Abraham, Ishmael, Isaac, Jacob, Moses, David, Soloman, Jesus Christ, and countless others, peace be upon them all). It is the generations after these great prophets of God who eventually went astray and introduced changes and deviations into God’s pure religion, necessitating the sending of further messengers, until the last messenger Muhammad was sent forth with the final revelation from God before the end of time. This revelation is preserved completely to this day, the Quran, and along with it the living legacy of the Prophet Muhammad, whose life and authentic teachings were faithfully recorded. The final message of Islam is an affirmation of all the prior prophets of God, and it is a call to unity among all people of religion in returning to the worship of God alone.
The divine message has always been and remains as follows: God is one, and He is without any partners or other false gods. Only He is to be obeyed and worshipped. His commands and His will are to be given precedence in life, since we owe our entire existence and our sustenance to God, including every brain cell, every breath, and every heart beat. We are completely dependent upon our Creator, and we are expected to show gratitude and to submit our lives to Him, and that is the meaning of “Islam.”
Although we were created by God with this purpose, and we were given the ability to recognize it as the truth, we happen to have a sworn enemy who is envious of us and whose stated goal is to mislead us and cause us to fail in our purpose. This enemy is none other than Satan, and his means are to distract humans with their desires and their lower selves. He abases them by tempting them with illicit sex, intoxicants, mindless entertainment, destructive habits and addictions, dishonestly obtained money, worldly indulgence, inflated egos, violence and strife, seeking power, and anything else to distract them from their Creator. It is many who are consumed by these diversions and who are held back from seeking God and fulfilling their true purpose in life.
When all is said and done, and our lives have ended, we will all be resurrected, and our fate will be either to burn in Hellfire (if we did not believe in God and obey and worship Him with sincerity and with effort), or we will enter Paradise, the abode of all pleasure and comfort in the presence of our Maker. As for those who were mostly on the right path but had significant shortfalls, they will burn in Hellfire for some time, but eventually God will show them mercy and admit them into Paradise. One’s degree of torment in Hell and the length of time spent in Hell, or the degree of reward in Paradise (which is eternal), is commensurate with his faith (or lack thereof) and the goodness of his actions (or lack thereof), in keeping with God’s infinite justice.When the world comes to an end before the Day of Judgment (and that time is ever near), everything and everyone will be dead, except for the Living One who does not die, the Creator, all praise and glory be to Him. A majority of humanity will later wish that they could have remained dead rather than face what they failed to prepare for. My fellow Children of Adam, take heed, and prepare yourselves. This article tells a lot about brainwashed Americans. I am not an architect or engineer, bu while watching the twin towers fall it took me less than five minutes to reach the conclusion that they had fallen as the result of controlled demolition. Why are we still debating the issue?

In that article you reference I did not find any reference to Building Seven. Isn’t it strange that the so-called smoking gun for controlled demolition has no earwitnesses to explosion-like sounds? As another article puts it:

One ad hoc hypothesis I have seen is that devices were used to attenuate the explosion sounds on Building Seven, but it does not explain why those devices were not used on the twin towers as well.

Building 7 had to be “pulled” as its connecting tunnels to the rest of the WTC would have exposed high levels of radiation from the mini-nukes used to drop the twin towers. The amount of heat emanating from the debris field lasted for months, proving that nuke devices were used to take down the buildings.
