The Yutes are a gang that appear in Grand Theft Auto 2 and are located in the Downtown District of Anywhere City. The Yutes are the smallest gang in the city and have been crushing the Z-Type cars of The Zaibatsu Corporation. Trey Welsh has Claude Speed collect the leader of the Yutes during one mission. The leader of the Yutes is crushed in a car crusher, killing him. His gang is not seen or mentioned again in the game. The only named member is Lefty, who was forced into giving away the leader's location by Claude.
The Yutes dress the same way as the Loonies, and their gang car is a black Shark.
When killing Yutes, the player may lose Yakuza respect.
