Mickey and his friend agree to help fix the playground, but Pete tries to stop before they could find his special box that contains his teddy bear.
Synposis[]
The episode begins with Mickey and Pluto playing around when Mickey accidentally runs into Mayor McBeagle. The mayor explains that he was on his way to the playground as he is a child at heart and invites Mickey and Pluto to come with him. However, when they arrive, the playground was in extremely bad condition, much to the disappointment of Bitsy, who was planning on having her birthday party there the following afternoon. Mickey decides that he and his friends will renovate the playground to be better, with the mayor approving immediately.
The scene cuts to Roadster Garage, with Pete making fun of Donald for being old to play with toys. Mickey then calls through the TV, asking for the gang's help renovating a playground. Everyone is excited to help, except for Pete, since he had buried a box of toys when he was younger and is worried that Donald will make fun of him for his toys if they find it and decides to prevent the construction from taking place.
Minnie, Daisy, Donald, Goofy, and Chip and Dale arrive with their vehicles to help renovate the playground. Pete arrives as well and "accidentally" spills his red drink on Mickey's blueprint before Mickey reveals that he made copies. Donald then notes that Pete is acting a bit suspicious. Goofy then uses his wrecking ball to clear the old playground equipment and Chip and Dale take it to Pete's junkyard. Donald then prepares to use his bulldozer to help with the renovation, but Pete "accidentally" wrecks it with his jackhammer before Daisy immediately fixes it with her mighty hammer.
Pete then states that he tired as a last-minute excuse to stop the construction before Pluto and Butch dig around the playground and finds Pete's toybox. Pete then reveals that he didn't want anybody finding it on account of being made fun of it before apologizing and reconciling with Donald. The gang then continues reconstructing the playground, with Pete willingly helping. Bitsy arrives with her friends in time for the party and the episode ends with Pete and Bitsy giving each other a toy.

The park was actually rebuilt into a fair but was still called a park.
