Arthur A. Koscinski (1887-1957) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
Koscinski was nominated by President Harry Truman on June 4, 1945, to a seat vacated by Arthur Tuttle; he was confirmed by the Senate on July 17, 1945, and received commission on July 18th. He assumed senior status on April 30, 1957, and served in that capacity until his death shortly thereafter, on November 21, 1957.[1]
