Dennis Francis Donovan (1889-1974) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota.
Donovan was nominated by President Harry Truman on June 1, 1945, to a seat vacated by George Sullivan; he was confirmed by the Senate on July 17, 1945, and received commission on July 18th. He assumed senior status on December 31, 1965, and served in that capacity until his death on September 16, 1974. Donovan was succeeded in this position by Miles Lord.
