Richard Seymour Rodney (1882-1963) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.
Rodney was nominated by President Harry Truman on July 25, 1946, to a new seat created by 60 Stat. 654; he was confirmed by the Senate on July 27, 1946, and received commission on July 31st. He assumed senior status on January 1, 1957, and served in that capacity until his death on December 22, 1963.[1] Rodney was succeeded in this position by Caleb Layton.
