her teaching methods, this also provides her the ability to ensure that the
learners have been achieving the learning outcomes.

B. Management of Learning?
- The teacher ensures that all her students can participate with the lesson
and ensures that the students can achieve the necessary skills within the

assigned by the supervisor or the principal.

emulation when you become a teacher? Describe.

must be managed and coordinated together to achieve learners needs of
imparting knowledge and instilling morals.

3. Which of the major responsibilities does this teacher find difficult to comply with?
What are the reasons?
Answer:
Based on my observation, even with the hardship that comes with the
profession of a teacher, the teacher shows no difficulty in complying with her
major responsibilities.

4. From your perspective, would you consider this teacher as a quality teacher?
Why?
Answer:
Yes, because she embodies the qualities that make a good teacher. Aside
from that, she fulfills her duties in regard to her responsibilities as well as actual
teaching and learning management.

REFLECT
Now, that you have spent one school day to observe this teacher, it would be
good for you to reflect on all your observations by answering reflective questions below.

1. Are you inspired to become a teacher after your observation? If yes, why? If No,
why not?
Answer:
Yes, even with the difficulties that come with it, I was inspired and
became more motivated to become a teacher. I’ve seen how she works and
helps the students to learn, and because of that, I am imagining myself in a few
years serving as a teacher, handling my very own students, imparting
knowledge and skills.

2. When you become a teacher in the future, how else would you do better as a
professional teacher?
Answer:
Regardless of their age, language, ethnicity, or field of study, teachers
are among the best-trained people in the world. A teacher's day might vary
greatly depending on the subject they teach and the grade level they instruct.
Like other teachers, I will ensure that I am doing my best to impart knowledge
and prepare my students for their future. Being a tech guy, I will infuse
technology in my teaching process when it seems necessary.

3. What are some of the concerns that you foresee in the future as a quality
teacher? Do you think you will be ready to address these? Give at least 2
concerns.
Answer:
It is worrying that some of the students show a concerning attitude and
behavior, making fun of their teacher and saying even worse things behind their
back. I also believe that in the near future, the teacher will be more challenged
by the learners' diversity as the world becomes more open. I do believe that I
need to learn more about the student in order to handle them and consider
myself ready.

4. In what aspects of the teacher’s day, would you like to congratulate the teacher
you observed? Can you show your appreciation to this teacher by sending a
Thank you card? (Include this in your artifact)

REFLECT
Based on the task that you made, what challenges await you as a future
teacher? How will you manage learning in the future classroom? How will you prepare
yourself to respond to 21st teaching-learning and become a global teacher?
Make a short paragraph on how will you will manage teaching-learning in the 21 st
century classroom.
It is essential in any type of classroom that the teacher first assess the student’s
behavior and characteristics, enabling them to prepare a classroom management plan.
I must be prepared to deal with the new generation of students, who are more
technologically inclined. I will analyze different uses and utilizations of technologies
that have the potential to be used in teaching. Infusing my teaching methods with
technology is surely a must, for it can ensure that I serve them the best that I can in
order to prepare them for their future.
