SUMMARY:
Ishaan Awasthi is an 8 year-vintage boy
who's tormented by dyslexia, a neurological
disorder. He is having a hassle spotting
letters, can hardly ever examine and write.
Letters and numbers are written inverted
and phrases are generally misspelled. He
can't comply with more than one commands
and has terrible motor skills. Being
exclusive from different ordinary developing
children, he's constantly concept to be
dumb, fool and lazy. His teachers,
classmates, pals or even his circle of
relatives did now no longer understand
what he goes through.

At the boarding school where he was sent

to punishment, his confidence was
shattered. He was injured because of
parting with his family. His passion for
painting and painting completely
disappeared.

Ishaan has become too callous, cold and

indifferent to his classmates. This shows
that during the development based on Eric
Erickson's psychosocial theory, the concept
of "trust" was not achieved and established
due to rejection of by those around him.
Until Ram Shankar Nikumbh came to
school, he was an alternative art teacher
who could recognize his special needs.
Ishaan's other teachers felt that he should
complete a special education program so
that he would not be placed in regular
school. However, Ram argued that children
with special needs also have a right to a
formal education, as set out in EFA Overall
Education Policy
. Ram believes that all children have
different abilities, needs, and learning rates.
Ram helped Ishaan treat her dyslexia.
Ram used educational psychology to
unlock Ishaan's potential. Appropriate
interventions such as continuous practice,
training and problem solving were given to
Ishaan. This confirms Frederick Skinner's
theory of operant conditioning. People can
be trained by offering rewards or
punishments for their actions. Ishaan is
stimulated and ready to learn because of
the intangible rewards received, cared for,
appreciated and loved by her mentor Ram.
This scene in the movie really brought me
to tears, and I realized the kindness of my
heart Ram helped Ishaan treat her

This scene in the movie really brought me

There should be a social conscience about

individual differences. Even the Ishaan
parents, teachers and community are
unaware of this particular disorder. Society
plays an important role in a child's
development. So it needs to be responsive
and responsive, especially for people with
special needs. Criticism and prejudice must
be discouraged in order for the child to
overcome his or her difficulties.

Linking organizl behavior theories with the film:

LINKING OF ORGANIZATIONAL THEORIES
WITH THE FILM:

Perception:
 Perception has played a major role in
this movie. Ishaan’s perception of seeing
world was way different from others which
has projects in his drawings. His perception
was not wrong but was just different from
others.
 In an organization there are people who
have different perspective of viewing things
and heading situations accordingly. An
individual maybe right but it doesn’t mean
that others wrong.
Motivation:
 Ram Shankar (was Ishaan’s art teacher)
 he was a greater motivator for Ishaan’s
problem and tries to help in every
possible manner. He was motivating him
and helping him to overcome his
disabilities.
 In an organization, everyone should
motivate each other to do better so that
result can be achieved effectively and
efficiently. When a person is not able to
do something, his colleagues must always
help him and motivate that he can do it.
Attitude:
 As an individual we all have attitude
towards work. It may be a positive
attitude or negative one.
 In this movie Ishaan’s attitude towards
his studies was not serious, casual. He was
interested in arts and drawings, he was
not punctual for his school.
Conclusion:
This film is virtually a complaint on the
academics and dad and mom and offers a
few essential messages for them.
Parents pressure their targets onto
the sensitive shoulders in their kids and that
they don’t endure the weight and will
become unsuccessful and faces its personal
punishment from each side. Parents ought
to recognize that each infant has abilities.
They ought to well
known the location of hobby of
the kids after which ought
to offer them right guidance.
The job of guardians displayed in the film is
an average job existing in our general
public, might be in various structure. For
example most dads accept that they are
answerable for bringing in cash and
accordingly the inside obligation of the
house including youngster advancement is
of the spouse. This is an extremely perilous
idea, on the grounds that the kids might
foster a detached disposition towards their
dads. Parents need to be very careful and
make sure that their children do not
understand that it is a burden on them. This
affects your child's self-esteem. A mother
who is always with her children does not
devote quality time, and a mother who
spends much less time with high quality is
much more important. Movie d shows
another critical situation of
comparisons of
two brothers, the reality that exists in our
society. Unfair. Children are very different.
Even twins have 4,444 different skills that
need to be approached in different ways.
Admiring one child in front of another and
declaring self-development, affects self-
esteem, and leads to the failure of many
people's lives. It causes many psychological
problems.
The traditional role of teachers opens the
eyes of our society. We have to go with
him.
Students who are afraid of penalties learn
lessons without clearing the concept. But
on the other hand, the role of the new
painting teacher is completely different.
Can you imagine the role of this training in
our school? All teachers believe that every
student in the classroom has the same skills
and that the teachings of the students are
the same for everyone. Therefore, what
students learn in
classes requires that all
s learn equally well. Is this belief correct?
Even the teacher said, "At the beginning of
the lesson, I'm digesting any material I give,
so should I teach differently?
The teacher's attitude toward students
should be friendly and non-threatening so
that students can easily follow directions
and share concerns. If
, teachers, and other educators change not
only the education system, but the thinking,
thinking and education system, we hope
that our society will advance and produce
Diamonds that will change the history of
the world.
