Taare Zameen Par, titled Every Child Is Special internationally, is a
2007 Indian drama film produced and directed by Aamir Khan one of the leading actors. Darsheel Safary stars as 8-year-old Ishaan, and Khan plays his art teacher. Creative director and writer Amole Gupte initially developed the idea with his wife Deepa Bhatia, who served as the film's editor. Shankar–Ehsaan– Loy composed the film's score, and Prasoon Joshi wrote the lyrics for many of the songs. Principal photography took place in Mumbai and in Panchgani's New Era High School, and some of the school's students make appearances. The film explores the life and imagination of Ishaan, an 8-year-old dyslexic child. Although he excels in art, his poor academic performance leads his parents to send him to a boarding school. Ishaan's new art teacher suspects that he is dyslexic and helps him to overcome his disability. The movie is great and worth watching, because the actors where good and I understand it clearly . As a result of clear subtitles and the flow of its story. Also it was a really inspiring life lessons to its viewers and it shows the individuality of each person. Based on my perspective on its technicalities, the actors are very dedicated on this film that made a powerful make up to the viewers. Even though I cannot understand their language, their subtitles are clear that made me understand the flow of its story. It is an inspiring life lesson that everyone should watch. This movie has a big impact to our society, mostly our children. In the story Ishaan had a hard time learning in school. His numbers are dancing and his letters were upside down. Although he had that difficulties, he is a great painter in his age. But his parents decided to take him to a boarding school, away from them. And lead Ishaan to a total outbreak. He stop everything that he do until Mr. Ram heal him through the proper learning of his difficulties. This movie is not only to Ishaan but about the kids whose having this situation. We need to be aware in our family that every person has its own individuality and they need our acceptance. Each child is special in the sense that they have their own calling, which may or may not be in line with what their families want. Moreover, as a student, as a teenager, I highly regard this movie for advocating the ‘’disability perspective’’: that there are a lot of special children who have given up trying to meet demands having their disabilities. This movie can tug the heartstrings and at the same time give hope to some children. Somehow the movie touched in an exceptional way and it broke my heart seeing that the dear people that the child thought would understand him were the very ones who judged him and failed to understand his problem. But I cannot really judge the parents though, all they wanted was the best for their child that is why they tried so hard to push him and discipline him at the same time. It tugs the heartstrings and at the same time gives hope that having dyslexia is not a desperate and in hopeless situation. To help the students, family support, teacher’s patience and love is needed, so with the interesting and enjoyable teaching and learning strategies should be employed. With time, patience and care, it ultimately helps Ishaan find himself and the harsh father realized his child’s worth and needs.
