Fiji is a country spread across an archipelago in the Pacific Ocean. It is quite small with a population consisting mostly of Native Islanders. Fiji is also part of the region of Oceania alongside Australia, New Zealand, and other Pacific islands.[4]
It was the native habitat of the Fire crab, and hundreds of miles of coastline there were turned into a Fire Crab sanctuary.[1]
The Fijian rainforest was a rainforest located within Fiji, which was home to Fire crabs and Giant Fire Crabs.[2]
It was also home to the Dukuwaqa.[3]
History[]
Prior to the 1987–1988 school year, Liz Tuttle visited a luau feast in Fiji where Fijian wizards used Fire Crabs to power their cooking pits.[5]
Eustace Fawley's uncle lived in Fiji.[6]

The Fijian National Quidditch team played against Nigeria in the first round of the 2014 Quidditch World Cup.[7]
