Eugene Gano Hay

Eugene Gano Hay (1853-1933) was a federal judge on the Board of General Appraisers, which later became the United States Customs Court.

Hay was nominated to the Board by President Theodore Roosevelt. He was confirmed on November 24, 1903, and his service was terminated in 1924.[1]
