John Kelvey Richards (1856-1909) was a federal judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit.
He was nominated by President Theodore Roosevelt on February 19, 1903 to fill a seat vacated by William Rufus Day. He was confirmed by the Senate on February 23, 1903, and received commission that same day. He served until his death on March 1, 1909.[1]
